About the home

Elegant, exclusive and with an unbeatable location, the Constitucion 3 apartments can accommodate 4 to 6 people. The building that house the properties have been completely restored, respecting all its original details.

The properties are spacious –about 60 m2 to 90 m2 with high ceilings, wooden beams; the result is a careful combination of classic & modern furniture that will provide the best comfort during your stay.

A privileged location to enjoy all the events and social activities of the city, whether they are commercial! Just steps from the apartment are the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Picasso, among others, the Cathedral as well as numerous bars and restaurants and the most exclusive fashion shops. A 15 minutes walk will take you to the popular beach "Malagueta" and the public transports in the Alameda Principal you can go almost anywhere to make out the best of your stay in Malaga!

The 1 bedroom apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed; the Loft has 2 single beds and a double bed on the mezaninne. Aside from these there is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 more guests. The living room have in both cases windows facing the popular Plaza de la Constitucion.

Constitucion 3 apartments have TV,fully equipped kitchen ( dinning tableTV and leads to the dining room equipped with a table for four people.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, electric hob, toaster, kettle, fridge, washing machine and iron, among others).
The bathroom has a shower and also includes towels and hair dryer.
Apartments Constitucion are located in the 3rd and 4th floor -with elevator up to the 3rd floor.

Parking -about 15 minutes away- and Internet access (through a USB modem) are both optional at an extra daily charge, as well as cleaning of the apartment during your stay which might be arranged at your convenience.

The Feria de Málaga (Fair of Malaga) is a great cultural and artistic event celebrated in the city, which takes place in August each year.
Referring to its history, the Feria of Málaga has its origins in the commemoration of the incorporation of Malaga to the Crown of Castilla by the Catholic Kings, Fernando and Isabel, who went to the city the 19th of August in 1487, which was retaken and they recovered the image of the Virgin of the Victory for the city. Since then, there have been parades in the bullring of Málaga (La Malagueta) by great masters of the bullfighting.
Before midnight, the people from Malaga and the rest of the fair visitors are all in the Playas de la Malagueta (Malagueta beaches) in order to listen to the “Pregón de la Feria” (town crier of the fair), from which the fair is inaugurated; continuing with fantastic fireworks, with many sounds and lights which last around 30 minutes.

With an international airport with over 400 flighs a day, including many lowcost, Malaga is you best choice for your next vacation. The AVE train will get you here from Madrid in only 2,5 h. and will be the starting point to get you to Sevilla, Cordoba, Barcelona and many others just in a few hours.
