The penthouse of 120 m2 is located on the 3rd floor in a building with lift in the heart of the historic quarter of Malaga city in quiet surroundings less than 15 minutes walk from Malagueta beach.

The apartment has been decorated in Scandinavian style and with its three bedrooms it offers perfect accommodation for a family holiday.

Set over two levels, the first floor comprises of a spacious lounge with dining area, TV lounge, bathroom with shower and a beautiful open-plan Italian kitchen which gives access to a 15 m2 terrace. The terrace offers 6 chairs, dining table and a barbecue.

The upper level comprises of three bedrooms (one en-suite):

The master bedroom offer a large double bed, bathroom with shower and access to a small balcony, the second bedroom offers a double bed and the third bedroom offers two single beds. The upper level also offers a handy little office suite if you wish to mix business with pleasure.

We can provide private secure parking for 15 € per day. The parking spot is situated 800 meters from the apartment.

We offer wireless Internet for 10 € per reservation.

When visiting the province of Malaga and the Costa del Sol, we recommend that you stop off in Nerja, Gibraltar, Marbella, Ronda, Granada and the skiing resort of the Sierra Nevada, which is just one hours drive from the beaches of the Costa del Sol.


Malaga is located on the Costa del Sol in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia. The city has a rich cultural heritage, dating back to 800BC, over the centuries it has been occupied by the Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans and Moors. Since tourism came to the Malaga region, most foreign visitors have literally stepped off the plane at Malaga and headed directly for one of the seaside resorts along the Costa del Sol, but this is changing; in recent years Malaga has an undergone a rehabilitation program that has restored many of its cultural attractions and monuments to their former glory, firmly putting Malaga back on the tourist map.

The city of Malaga perfectly combines culture, history, beach, cuisine and nightlife. The city is the birthplace of Picasso and his mark is etched on the city; visit the Picasso Museum, or the House of Picasso, where you can learn more about the maestro himself and enjoy his works of art. Malaga also has a strong Moorish influence and there are many monuments and buildings, including the Alcazaba Fortress and Gibralfaro Castle. If you want to savour the best cuisine of southern Spain, then we recommend Malaga City, where the best tapas and seafood restaurants on the coast can be found, what's more you will be eating with the locals, not with other tourists.

Malaga beach, or La Malagueta, is a beautiful stretch of golden sand, backed by a clean promenade and some lovely chiringuitos (beach bars). One of the best things about Malaga is the size; you can easily get around by foot, but you also have the luxury of being able to catch the bus, train, or tourist bus in the city.

"Excellent apartment in an excellent location"

we booked this apartment for a weekend away with family, It is a lovely place to stay being well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is just perfect, within the old town of Malaga so everything was a short walk away. Communication from Stefan and his team is also excellent .
I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone

"Excellent location and very comfortable accomodation"

Spacious and nicely decorated apartment, beds were comfortable and lots of storage space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely to have an outside terrace. Close to an excellent indoor market - highly recommend a visit. Position was very good in that you could walk to shops, restaurants and bars - beach not exactly handy but wasn't important to us in November. The only problem was the very high cost of parking - Camas is very close but cost 26 euros a day so more expensive than the cost of our hire car. Malaga is not the easiest of places to find your way around, even more difficult when our sat nav was stolen from the car on day 2 so may not be worth hiring one.
