Penthouse | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 4
This amazing duplex is located in one of the nicest & most modern buildings of Malaga’s historical centre: it mixes classic columns in an inner patio and typical painted tiles with modern touches such as the colours of the walls and the see-through ceiling of the elevator!
As you can see from the pictures, the building is pretty unique, even with its own pool and community & solarium (pool opened only during the summer). It will be a dream to relax in the Duplex Carretería 33 after a full day spent in visiting the great sites of the Malaga’s city. The apartment is also located in the most popular street during Malaga’s Holy Week and just minutes by foot to the many museums, restaurants and shops the old quarter has to offer. We recommend this unit to everybody!

The Andalucia region
Málaga it's the second most populous city of Andalusia, the sixth largest in Spain. It is the 8th largest European city above the Mediterranean Sea and experiences the warmest winters of any European city with a population over 250,000, with a Mediterranean-Subtropical climate. It lies in southern Spain, on the Costa del Sol, about 100 km on east from the Strait of Gibraltar.
The climate is Mediterranean-Subtropical with mild winters and comfortable summers. Málaga enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the year, with an average of about 300 sunshine days and only about 50 days with precipitation annually. It is located on the coastline, the winds blowing from the Mediterranean Sea makes the heat manageable during the summer
With an international airport with over 400 flights a day, including many lowcost, Malaga is you best choice for your next vacation.
The picturesque and sunny city of Malaga, capital of Spain's Costa del Sol, is located on the Mediterranean coast. With a population of around 600,000, it is well-connected to the rest of Andalucia with a number of modern highways, as well as being home to one of Spain's busiest airports and one of the most important commercial ports in Europe. For these reasons and more, Malaga is a Southern European tourist destination par excellence, famed throughout the continent for its fine, sandy beaches and top-quality golf courses.
The city's cultural heritage is also very rich and varied, thanks to the many different civilisations that have passed through and left their mark on Andalucia. Of particular interest are the cathedral, the Moorish fortress of the Alcazaba, the Gibralfaro castle and the bullring. The city also plays host to a wide range of cultural and sporting events such as sailing regattas, theatre and film festivals, exhibitions, concerts, and so on. Festivals such as the Semana Santa (Holy Week) celebrations and the Feria de Agosto attract visitors from all over Spain and Europe, and visiting the city during these periods will make your experience of Malaga even more unforgettable!
One of Malaga's most important residential districts, located in the east of the city just a few metres from the sea, is El Pedregalejo/El Palo. The main advantage of these residential areas is that they are away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but are connected to the rest of the city by an excellent public bus system.
As well as taking in Malaga's many attractions, you will be able to enjoy our beaches and exceptional climate all year round. Take a dip in the Mediterranean to cool off in the summer heat; sunbathe on the beach; take a long walk along the Paseo Maritimo in Pedregalejo or try some of Andalucia's finest cuisine in the little restaurants on the beach. If you're keen on sports, the mild climate allows you to enjoy golf, tennis and watersports all year round. After a long day and a pleasant afternoon siesta, Spain's famous nightlife kicks off in the evening and continues until the early hours of the morning. There is a huge choice of bars and pubs in Malaga - alternatively, you can go to the city's historic centre for a truly memorable night out.
Our new Maria Zambrano train station offers fast trains to Madrid (2.5 hours), Sevilla & Cordoba (1 hour), Barcelona (5 hours total), etc..
