This amazing duplex is located in one of the nicest & most modern buildings of Malaga’s historical centre: it mixes classic columns in an inner patio and typical painted tiles with modern touches such as the colours of the walls and the see-through ceiling of the elevator!
As you can see from the pictures, the building is pretty unique, even with its own pool and community & solarium (pool opened only during the summer). It will be a dream to relax in the Duplex Carretería 33 after a full day spent in visiting the great sites of the Malaga’s city. The apartment is also located in the most popular street during Malaga’s Holy Week and just minutes by foot to the many museums, restaurants and shops the old quarter has to offer. We recommend this unit to everybody!

The Duplex Carretería 33 is an open space that features 2 levels: on the first level, with modern decoration, you will find the living area with a nice sofa (sofa bed in case of need), a flat TV, a closet, the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen will be a nice surprise: small, but almost featuring all you may need during your stay: electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and also an iron and iron board. Next to the kitchen its also a dining area with a table for up to 4 guests to enjoy some Spanish meals you might learn to cook during your stay! The bathroom is modern too with a nice & spacious shower and it includes hair drier
The living area has also the access to a very nice & private terrace with table and seats for 4 guests to enjoy some of our 320 year-round sunny days!
On the upper level, accessed through a modern steel spiral staircase, will lead you to the “bedroom area with a double bed, night tables.

The Malaga / Malaga Historical Centre area
The picturesque and sunny city of Malaga, capital of Spain's Costa del Sol, is located on the Mediterranean coast. With a population of around 600,000, it is well-connected to the rest of Andalucia with a number of modern highways, as well as being home to one of Spain's busiest airports and one of the most important commercial ports in Europe. One of Malaga's most important residential districts, located in the east of the city just a few metres from the sea, is El Pedregalejo/El Palo. The main advantage of these residential areas is that they are away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but are connected to the rest of the city by an excellent public bus system.
As well as taking in Malaga's many attractions, you will be able to enjoy our beaches and exceptional climate all year round. Take a dip in the Mediterranean to cool off in the summer heat; sunbathe on the beach; take a long walk along the Paseo Maritimo in Pedregalejo or try some of Andalucia's finest cuisine in the little restaurants on the beach. If you're keen on sports, the mild climate allows you to enjoy golf, tennis and watersports all year round. After a long day and a pleasant afternoon siesta, Spain's famous nightlife kicks off in the evening and continues until the early hours of the morning. There is a huge choice of bars and pubs in Malaga - alternatively, you can go to the city's historic centre for a truly memorable night out.
