Malaga

Malaga centre is not only the perfect place to explore the many historical monuments, atmospheric little streets and squares with delightful café culture, but it is also a wonderful shopping centre. There are buses going into the centre every 8 minutes and after 11.30 at night buses run every 45minutes all through the night.

Malaga itself is a lovely old town with lots of charm. It has maintained its Spanish character. Apart from a huge cultural offering of concerts and theatres, there are many museums and art galleries, the most famous being the Picasso museum and the Centre of Contemporary Art.

Malaga is famous for its tapas bars in the historic centre and its fried fish on the beaches, it also has a fabulous nightlife. You can stay here for months and won´t run out of things to do and places to explore. Granada and Ronda being one hour's drive away.

"Lovely apartment,close to beach."

Really enjoyed our holiday.apartment had every possible convenience including a little buggy to bring home shopping from the supermarket.
Close beach location is a major plus. Bus stop close by which is regular into Malaga.
If you want a quiet safe location to rest and enjoy beach life this is the place for you. El Palo has lots of little restaurants so you really don't have to travel into Malaga and they are much cheaper with friendly staff.
Will return in near future,
Marie and Peter.

"Excellent apartment in great location - superb holiday"

Myself, partner and 4 year old daughter stayed at the apartment from 17-27 June.

The overall level of service we experienced was excellent, from the booking, arranging of taxi transfers to/from the airport and the standard of accommodation, there is not one thing that we can fault.

The apartment is in a lovely beachfront location with many excellent restaurants nearby, within 5 mins walk. We ate out several times during the holiday and each time thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

There are regular buses into Malaga centre which take 15/20 mins and are very easy to navigate. We would recommend purchasing a travelcard from the tobacconists (across from the bus stop) for 10 Euro if you intend to make multiple bus journeys.

There are many great attractions in Malaga such as the Castle, Cathedral and Alcazaba which are all reasonably priced and easy to get to and were enjoyed by my daughter just as much as us.

The apartment itself was spotlessly clean on our arrival with some nice touches such as an annotated map of the area showing supermarkets, bus stops etc, and a selection of beach toys that were very much enjoyed by my daughter during our days out on the beach!

All in all we had an excellent holiday and would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone considering visiting Malaga/El Palo.

"Perfect"

Just back from a one week stay in El Palo. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was ideal. Right on the beach wirh a great balcony overlooking the sea. What was also handy on the odd breezy day is the inner sheltered balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was fully equipped including the all important air conditoning. There are lots of reasonably priced restaurants along the beach within a few minutes walk. There is a great bus service (Nos.3 & 11) into the centre of Malaga. A 10 journey ticket can be purchased in a tobacconist opposite Sol Supermarket for €10. We will definitely be returning.
