"All I will ever need!"

There are many good things about the unit. The best thing for me is the location. It's literally 5 mins walk to Starbucks and greenbelt mall where there's tons of shops, food, spas and a supermarket. In the ground floor is a tea shop. Next door is a Thai massage and nail salon. 3 doors down is 7-11.
The unit is very clean. And easy to clean. Everything you will ever need is all there - detergent, dishwashing liquid, sponge, broom, etc.
We travel light. Therefore we always have a need for laundry service. But this unit has a washing machine! We were blessed with good weather and was able to hang our clothes in the balcony.
There was a welcome basket of bread and breakfast bars and some bottles of water. Nice touch! Kitchen is stocked with coffee and tea. And even has rice cooker! Perfect for Asian renters.
The bed was firm and the air conditioners worked well. There is a flat screen tv in the living room. But none in the bedroom. Security in the lobby of the building is impressive. Made us feel safe and our property secure. Garbage is picked up 3 times a day.
If I nitpick I would say shampoo and soap were not enough for long stays (we stayed for 9 nights) since they were not replenished. But no problem since we always bring our own. I need more hangers. My clothes get creased from packing in suitcases so I like hanging most of them. Between my husband and myself, we needed about 5 more. Although they did have as much as a regular hotel room would have, if not more.
A couple of things that I would like to see improved would be the water pressure in the shower. We tried showering different times of the day and pressure didn't change. It's consistently weak. The other thing is what they call grease trap under the sink in the kitchen. I've never heard of it. It reeked. The whole kitchen smelled bad. The owner had it fixed within hours after I emailed her. So the response time is commendable. Though the smell didn't completely go away. But since we seldom use the sink, it was tolerable after it was cleaned.

Hi Leah, I am glad you found everything handy in the condo during your stay. Although our unit is self-catering, the presence of building staff (maintenance, security, reception and admin) is indeed great, which also means that the whole building is kept secured and well-maintained. I'm sorry to know that you had problems with the water pressure in the shower. I've had it check and it's now been sorted out and working well. As for the the grease trap, it may have been a build-up of solid stuff put in the sink and we are having it cleaned on a regular basis. I do appreciate your suggestions for improvement and that is what we aim for as we go along :). - Joan
