Our privately owned condo is ideal for couples looking for a short break or corporate travellers needing central location.
Located in the Makati Central Business District, it is close to embassies and financial institutions and within 5 minutes walking distance to the Greenbelt and Glorietta Shopping complexes.
It has been furnished with good quality, modern day furniture and appliances to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable during your time in Makati.
The bedroom has an en-suite toilet and enclosed shower area with hot/cold water. It exits to a private balcony overlooking some of the Makati skyline. Cupboard has iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc. Linens and towels provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and dining needs and lots of cupboard space. Newly installed hot water supply to the kitchen sink as of 06 Feb 2012.
The lounge area is spacious, welcoming and well-lit with comfortable sofa set, a 32" flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD home theatre. Free unlimited wi-fi internet and local telephone calls to any landline.
An automatic heat/smoke detection with fire sprinkler system is installed inside the unit and an intercom connects directly to the reception and security counter.
Complimentary access to building amenities (12-meter lap pool, a kiddie pool, a fitness gym, and sauna).
CCTV's have been installed in selected common areas of the building and offers a 24-hour security service with controlled entry points.

CLIMATE
The Philippines has a tropical marine climate dominated by a rainy season and a dry season. The summer monsoon brings heavy rains to most of the archipelago from May to October, whereas the winter monsoon brings cooler and drier air from December to February. Manila and most of the lowland areas are hot and dusty from March to May. Even at this time, however, temperatures rarely rise above 37° C. Mean annual sea-level temperatures rarely fall below 27° C. Annual rainfall measures as much as 5,000 millimeters in the mountainous east coast section of the country, but less than 1,000 millimeters in some of the sheltered valleys.
