The Woolhouse Barn
About the home
Entrance is into an attractive, spacious hall, with a door leading into the main bedroom with en-suite shower room. Also from the hall are stairs to the character living rooms, which are heavily beamed with vaulted ceilings throughout.
The modern kitchen/diner has a good range of cupboards and work surfaces and is fully equipped. Incorporated in the kitchen is the dining table and chairs. An open beamed room divider leads to the comfortable lounge with a large sofa, armchair and floor cushions.
A second set of stairs from the hall leads up to a uniquely designed first floor, with the staircase splitting to run parallel, separated by open beams, to provide separate access to a family bathroom and a further two cosy bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds, a small built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers and the other is smaller with one single bed.
The bathroom is stylish and wood finished with a bath, wash hand basin and w.c.
The well-tended mature garden, overlooks a small paddock with garden furniture and fire pit for you to sit and enjoy the quite and lovely country air. Use of the owner’s tennis court is available on request.

Hunton is a rural village within an area of outstanding natural beauty with many lovely walks starting from the barn. Five minutes away, Yalding is a thriving Kentish village with many pretty, old buildings and a good choice of amenities; pubs, cafe, shop, post office and a great Thai restaurant. The Hop Farm is 10 minutes away which has many special events through the year. Bedgebury Pinetum is close by with miles of bike trails of all levels.
