This luxury self-catering Kentish barn is a truly magical property for those wanting an extra special location for their holiday home. Set in a rural area of Kent with excellent transport links to the whole of the South East and less than an hour from London, this is an ideal place to base your stay. This newly refurbished barn has been thoughtfully decorated from the contemporary glass staircase, vibrant magenta coloured kitchen with every conceivable appliance and oak flooring. The two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with double showers and modern fixtures and fittings. The Milking Parlour has a spacious courtyard garden which overlooks a paddock and the owner has provided a table, chairs and parasol as well as a BBQ for use during your stay, the perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of chilled beer or wine while the children run off some energy after a day's sightseeing.

The cottage is accessed via a winding country lane, onto a gravel driveway with space for parking several cars.
Open plan living space, including kitchen, diner and sitting room.
Kitchen area, electric oven, halogen hob, extractor fan, American fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table sits centrally to the kitchen area, seats 6.
The sitting area, offers sofas and chair seating with footstall seats 4, solid oak furniture and attractive artwork. Flat screen TV and DVD.
A modern glass staircase to the middle of the open room leads to the first floor.
Bed Configuration:
2 x double bedrooms both with kingsize beds, bedside tables and lamps. Both rooms have en-suite shower rooms with double size shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.
Outside is a terrace area which overlooks farmers paddock, table, chairs and parasol to seat 4 plus BBQ.

Wonderful top quality and well equipped cottage. Owners are really nice and so helpful - we loved it! Lenham nearby has great chippy, lovely historic cafe for light lunches/tea and scones, plus pub and hotel to eat at! Quiet peaceful location to this cottage - easy to relax in. We will be back! |
