The medieval village of Lenham is approximately three kilometres with its restaurants, pubs and shops and has a Farmers Market the second Sunday each month selling local produce.
Leeds Castle is close and has a varied events calendar.
The area has numerous footpaths and the Greensand Way, a long distance walking route, extending for 108 miles across Surrey and Kent, is also close by.
