In Menorca you will find the sun of the Balearics, emerald see and white sand beaches, combined with a natural and modern gastronomy and selected nightlife.
And all of this, living in a comfortable and unique villa with incredible views to the Mahon port and the private port of Cala Llonga.

Other places which you cannot miss are: the Mesquida Cala, only 5 minutes from the villa. Taste the specialities of the restaurant Cap Roig on the top of the creek with impressive views. Fornells port in the north of the Island is a sailors village famous for the lobster soup or rice. Do not miss a boat tour over the south coast, a beautiful excursion by sea. And if you love treaking, near the villa you can visit the old Fortaleza or try to treak the several wild beaches of the island, as Cala Pilar and Cala Pregonda in the north area.

Sea views, BBQ, swimming pool, for 10-11 people, if you have a boat or you want to rent it there is a port in the bay.

The Menorca region

Menorca is the second largest of the Balearic islands. Menorca has escaped most of the effect of package holidays and the island's small towns and villages offer a fairly quiet and relaxed holiday, even during the peak season, with many wonderful attractions.

Menorca is famous for their beaches, white sand and very peaceful place where you can relax and have a good day of sunbathing. Nevertheless at night there are a lot of good restaurants where you can have the typical food of the mediterranean and fresh fish and of course the famous caldereta. After dinner you can have a drink in the port of mahon or other villages and after go to the pub called Calas Coves.

How to get there

To get to Cala Llonga you have many choices:
- By plane: Menorca Airport in Mahon, it takes only 15 minutes by car.
- Ferry: which arrive in mahon port and ciudadella port. Mahon port is only 10 minutes to the villa by car. And from Ciudadella 50-60 minutes by car.

- 2 Twin bedroom+large shower room with WC. One of these bedrooms can have another single bed added.
- 1 Twin bedroom+large bathroom with WC.
- 1 Little single bedroom.
- Every bedroom has independent access to a big terrace with spectacular views.

Second Floor:
- Large kitchen with all equipments included. The kitchen has access to the principal terrace and to the swimming pool.
- Near the kitchen there is a bedroom for one- two people.
- Very spacious living-room. WC for guests.
- Big principal south facing terrace with BBQ area plants and flowers.
- Few stairs leading to private swimming pool and large areas to relax and sun oneself. Out of sight
comfortable outdoor shower with cold/warm water .

Conditions

A deposit of the 50% (non-refundable) must be paid at the time of booking. The first named person on the booking (who must be at least 21 years of age) must sign our booking form. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday. Depending on availability, the owner can be a little flexible with your required dates.
