Villa | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 8

Key Info
  • Swimming pool
  • Great for children of all ages 5

Situated only a short stroll from the pristine white sand beach and live coral reefs of Mahoe Bay, this very private and charming villa with four air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites is built as two freestanding pavilions surrounded by lovely tropical gardens.

Villa Valmarc's main villa is a large pavilion flanked by Wendy's Watch, a two-bedroom guest house just next door to the main villa. In the main pavilion, the Great Room encompasses the living area and the just-remodeled kitchen with a center island and dining area; on opposite sides for maximum privacy are two air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. All rooms open out to a covered area for dining and shady relaxation on the stone pool terrace.

Wendy's Watch, the two-story air-conditioned guest cottage, offers a two-twin suite on one level, and its upper floor is a complete studio apartment with a king bed and small kitchen. This secluded property is graced by a freeform swimming pool, sunset views of several nearby islands, and wonderfully lush landscaping with a variety of fruit trees (bananas, limes, oranges, papaya and mangoes - pick your own fruit for cocktails!) and tropical flowers. Enchanting!

This property offers reduced rates for using fewer bedrooms. Exclusive use of the villa is yours regardless of the number of rooms rented. View our rates for pricing per bedroom or request a quote. Rates are based on double occupancy.

Natural beauty is in abundance on the third largest of the British Virgin Islands. Explore the indigenous plant-lined trails, nature sanctuaries and natural wonders of the protected national parks. By mid-morning in Virgin Gorda, many have settled down on one of the many deserted beaches that fringe the island. The pace of life is slow on Virgin Gorda, but if you don't want to spend the day on a beach, there are plenty of other activities. You could explore The Baths- huge boulders provide a myriad of rock pools, secret beaches, and trails. Or spend the morning at a hillside restaurant cooled by gentle breezes while you watch the ferries cross the North Sound far below. Dramatic slopes plunge from Gorda Peak to the turquoise waters below.

The Virgin Gorda region

Virgin Gorda entices travelers with its yacht clubs, quiet coves, safe anchorages and luxury resorts and villas. On the North Sound and accessible only by water, the exclusive Bitter End Yacht Club offers a premier resort and barefoot elegance.

For a quintessential Caribbean vacation, stroll or swim at the unspoiled beaches at: • Savannah Bay • Pond Bay • Devil's Bay • Mahoe Bay • Spring Bay

Natural Beauty: Natural beauty is in abundance on the third largest of the Virgin Islands. Discover the indigenous plant-lined trails, nature sanctuaries and natural wonders of our protected national parks: • Gorda Peak • Devil's Bay • Spring Bay • The North Sound • Little Fort National Park nature sanctuary • The Baths, a popular attraction where huge granite boulders create mysterious grottos, saltwater pools and a connecting trail that entices visitors to swim and snorkel.

Culture & Heritage: The dramatic shape of the island Virgin Gorda reminded Christopher Columbus of a reclining woman, or “Fat Virgin.” Explore more of our rich heritage of African, Indian and Spanish history, such as: • The Spanish ruins at Little Fork National Park • The British influence in Spanish Town • The Cornish Copper Mines, where the ruins are set against the azure sea at the island's southwestern tip

This eclectic influence extends to Virgin Gorda's local cuisine, shops, arts, fashion and gifts.
