Through a garden gate, this beautifully-done luxury beach villa is just a few steps from the white sugar sand and crystal clear waters of prestigious Mahoe Beach. Sea Fans is built as four separate pavilions linked by stone walkways threaded through lush tropical gardens. The large, high-ceilinged main pavilion houses the Great Room, the well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and powder room. A spacious, shady covered patio just outside offers alfresco dining day or night, and a breezeway adjoining the main pavilion has a wet bar, mini-fridge, icemaker and gas grill with a connecting door to the kitchen for your convenience. Two equal king bedroom suites (or one king and two twin suites - let us know your wishes in advance), each in its own air-conditioned pavilion, are situated just steps away on either side of the main pavilion.
The large freshwater pool is in your front yard, surrounded by a flagstone sun deck and glorious island landscaping, and bordered by market umbrellas and cushioned teak chaise lounges. The beautiful island landscaping screens the pool area completely so you can enjoy total privacy in the pool. Just behind the main pavilion is Sea Fan's two-story-guest pavilion, offering two more air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites (one with its own kitchenette, and each suite having its own covered verandah).
Sea Fans is one of our favorite villas of all time - it's superbly equipped, boasts exotic natural stone accents in its architecture, stylish furnishings and accessories, a superb floor plan with fine detailing and luxe finishes used throughout, and superb gardens with colorful foliage - and did we mention that Sea Fans is right on idyllic Mahoe Bay Beach? Truly first class! Please book early to secure this popular vacation beach home.
Natural beauty is in abundance on the third largest of the British Virgin Islands. Explore the indigenous plant-lined trails, nature sanctuaries and natural wonders of the protected national parks. By mid-morning in Virgin Gorda, many have settled down on one of the many deserted beaches that fringe the island. The pace of life is slow on Virgin Gorda, but if you don't want to spend the day on a beach, there are plenty of other activities. You could explore The Baths- huge boulders provide a myriad of rock pools, secret beaches, and trails. Or spend the morning at a hillside restaurant cooled by gentle breezes while you watch the ferries cross the North Sound far below. Dramatic slopes plunge from Gorda Peak to the turquoise waters below.
