Beach, beach, beach! This is what this villa is all about! Situated on the best beach of Mauritius, this 1960's style house has the basic comforts and is very suitable to those who want to enjoy the best that Mauritius has to offer, the beautiful lagoon of Pointe d'Esny!

There are several local activities, for example diving, deep sea fishing, glass bottom boats, snorkling, kitesurfing, a nature reserve island, mountain biking, speed boat and catamaran tours.

The Mauritius East Coast/Grand Port region

It's a very quiet part of Mauritius, when you stay in this area you won't be bothered by the bustle of the big cities in the west and north. The one and only airport is located in this region. But don't worry, they don't fly during the night and approximately just one or two planes depart every hour. This area has everything that the nature of Mauritius has to offer: mountains, a blue lagoon with gorgeous white beaches, a beautiful bay, plains with sugar cane and more. The first Europeans have landed on this part of the island by their big sailing boats centuries ago.

Blue Bay: Blue Bay, true to its name, has the most amazing colour of water. This is where you find the world renown Blue Bay coral park with some of the rarest corals in the world.

Mahebourg: The picturesque Mahebourg town is only 5 km away from Villa Voile. Mahebourg is a historic little fishing town and has kept its local feel and charm. Here you will find a colourful local market once a week and a vegetable market every day of the week. Mahebourg has several international banks, police station, post office, boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants.

The Mahebourg / Pointe d'Esny area

The Pointe d'Esny lagoon is the longest on the island stretching more than 20 km from Blue Bay all the way to Ile aux Cerfs. This corner of the island is undoubtedly the most beautiful and most unspoilt. The area is mostly residential and thus the fairly small amount of tourists and the unspoilt local feel of the place.
