Welcome to Pingouinvillas, Blue-Bay, Mauritius. A comfortable and air-conditioned modern apartment surrounded by a small garden in the shade of tropical trees are let by a private family. Located in the south east of the island near Mahebourg village and they are accessible within eight minutes drive peaceful the SSR International Airport.

Blue-Bay is the most famous and popular seaside resort in the south of the island with its fine golden sand and peaceful turquoise lagoon surrounded by coral reef. One who like snorkelling is the best place for him to explore the richness of blue-bay lagoon: the marine park and nearby islets. The apartment is within 2 minutes walking from the Blue-Bay beach. Restaurants are located just infront the beach and one can taste the wide dish that mauritian chef offer at an affordable price. Other facilities such as bank and supermarkets are in the viccinity.

In summer months from November to April temperature range from 23 degrees to 33 degrees while winter lasting from May to October registers temperatures ranging between 17 degrees to 23 degrees. Mahebourg / Blue Bay area

Ile aux Aigrettes: Thanks to the remarkable preservation work done by the Mauritius Wildlife Foundation Fund, the island has become an international reference for the protection of natural resources and endangered species. Guided tours are organised for the public. A few of the world's rarest birds, including the Mauritian Kestrel and the pink pigeon, can be seen there.You can also discover the Green Gecko Phelsuma and the Aldabra giant tortoise.
Domaine du chasseur: Nestling in the Anse Jonshee Hills, the Domain cover an area of 900 hectares. Stags, monkeys and boars live amidst the luxuriant vegetation of the hillside. The domaine contains four thatched-roof bungalows and a restaurant with a panoramic sea view.
Mahebourg: is one of the main fishing villages on the island. One can still find remainsof the old colonial buildings and amenities. At the entrance of the village, the National History Musuem is a wortwhile stop.
Dutch ruins and La vanille reserve des Mascareignes.
Gris-Gris : It is one of the few places around the island, where the waves dash against the cliffs. In these wild surroundings, you may enjoy a rest at the telfair garden overlooking the sea.

-Normally a free transfer is provided by the owner from the airport SSR.INT Airportto Pingouinvillas within a distance of 8 kms away.

-Local buses run regularly between the BlueBay to mahebourg where you could do your shopping.
-Bus stop from pingouinvillas is 300 metres away and very easy to get acessible to nearby shopping centres.
-There are always local taxis available at Pingouinvillas and get into contact with the owner for more information.
-If you want to rent a car or bicycle during your stay, please contact the owner to get the best competitive price.

The interior of pingouinvillas is pleasant and welcoming. At the first glance of the apartment one feel relaxful and home. The infrasructural set-up was designed by a French expert designer in an american fashion. Morever it is well decorated and every room is well-equipped. Hot-water system applicable throughout the apartment and globally it is designed in an exotic style. One would not feel boring as he is free to move in every space and they are really cosy.

The exterior the part of Pingouinvillas is riched with green grass and cleanliness . The atmosphere is peaceful and the region is highly secured. It is recommended to make a walk in the surrounding to contemplate the beauty of the environment: the flora and the fauna. In the morning you can hear the chirping of birds and they contribute to turn your holiday live. The Mauritian people are very friendly and nice. In the garden you have a nice kiosk under the shade of coconut trees and during the day you can enjoy a drink accompanied by a sunny weather.

To make a firm reservation, 25 % of the tariff rate should be deposited by bank transfer. Payment can be done in cash for the rest using either Euros or Pound sterling upon arrival.

Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. We will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever. We advise you to arrange your own insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings whilst staying at the property.

2. If the booking is made prior to eight weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 25% of the rental sum is to be forwarded on our account. The remaining balance of the rental sum is to be paid upon arrival at Pingouinvillas

3. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the letting the whole of the rental payment is to be forwarded with your booking form.

4. If a cancellation is requested more than eight weeks in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within the eight weeks prior to the letting the owner will retain the 25% rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period)

5. The number of people occupying an apartment shall not exceed 6 persons and for a studio it should not exceed 2 persons.

6. The tenant agrees to keep the property and all fittings, furniture equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good (or will arrange with us to make good) any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of letting.

7. The rental of the property includes free transfers from the airport to Pingouinvillas and return. Cleaning maid will be at your service twice weekly for cleaning of the accommodation chosen. The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets, blankets and adequate cleaning equipment, linen and towels. Facility for shopping is provided at no charge on your 1st day if needed.

8. The tenants agree not to smoke, nor to allow smoking, inside the apartment at any time. Noise disturbance to your neighbour will be taken into high consideration.

9. Tenants are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them. On changeover days there is only time for a superficial check and a general clean. We rely upon the goodwill of our guests whose co-operation we greatly appreciate. Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring more intensive cleaning, and then this will be charged at €10 per hour and can be prosecuted by the law.


10. The acceptance of the property from the owner will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
