About the home

Beautiful front-line apartment with luxury beach club, access to main beach and amazing, uninterrupted sea views from the rattan cane furnished balcony. This property and surroundings have undergone a major renovation this winter creating 4* accomodation. These are the most recent photos. The resort boasts 6 pools indoor and out, one of which is adult only and jacuzzi.

The apartment is located on the beach front in the Sol Calvia Resort offering easy access to the centre of Magalluf but far enough away to enable you to have a good night's sleep. The apartment is suitable for families or single groups and is always maintained to a high standard. Newly remote controlled air conditioning in both the Lounge and Bedroom.

The block has the benefit of 2 swimming pools, a beach club, tennis courts, 5 aside football pitch and private parking. Please note there is an additional charge for use of the subeds next to the pool at the beach house.

We are flexible on changeover times so please enquire with your dates.

We ask that all our clients pay a damage deposit of 100GBP per person minimum £200 which is payable iby cheque two weeks before arrival and returned within one week of departure.

We request that all payments for the property should be made 8 weeks before arrival (or as soon as possible if booking with less than 8 weeks before departure) by bank transfer.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The apartment is located at the end of Magalluf and offers easy access (by car or taxi) to the wonderful Portal Vells cove.

“A lovely apartment, clean, comfy and ideal location” I stayed here with 3 girlfriends from 6-11 September 2012 and we were really really pleased we'd booked. We've been traveling to Magaluf for the last 7 years and this is the best accommodation we've booked. The entire complex has recently had a complete overhaul to a very high standard. The reception area is massive with huge chill-out style sofas and music and the staff who man the desk are friendly (not that you have much to do with them as they work for the hotel side of the complex not the private rentals).This apartment was clean and tidy, nicely decorated and had an air con unit in both rooms (the bedroom and lounge). It has a galley kitchen with fridge/freezer, two ring hob, microwave etc and tons of crockery and cutlery - we also had an iron and board, hairdryer and towels provided. There were two large wardrobes - one in the lounge and one in the bedroom (both with ample hangers) and a decent size bathroom (if 4 women can manage that says alot!). Theres also a safe in one of the wardrobes which was really easy to use. The double bedroom had a well dressed double bed plus a z-bed for a 5th guest should there be one. The large sofa in the lounge doubles up as a comfy sprung double sofa bad. The views from the balcony are gorgeous - you look over two pools and out to the beach and sea. There was just enough room for the four of us to sit outside and have breakfast. It's right next to the Nikki Beach complex, a 10 minute walk from the Wave Hotel and no more than 15 minutes from places like Robinson Crusoes and the Boat Yard. We were absolutely chuffed and can't wait to return in 2013 :o)

“Fantastic apartment” I had a fabulous holiday staying in this apartment. Everything was as stated and more. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Fantastic views from the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. A short walk to the brilliant nightlife yet far enough away for families to enjoy the apartment and facilities too and with the beach at the back door, perfect. Booking was easy. On arrival (and throughout our stay) John was really helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this apartment and am planning my next visit.

“Fantastic holiday can't wait to go back!” I have stayed here for the past 4 years. The apartment has everything you could possibly need.. It has the most amazing seaviews from the apartment balcony, full seaview, it is a pleasure to sit out there with a bottle of wine.. The beach right outside is beautiful. We have been to most of the activities in the area and would recommend them al but Pirates, golfing at the House of Katmandu and the waterparks are our favourites. I have just come on to book for this year and can't believe what is happening there, I followed the links and it looks amazing. The owners are so friendly and helpful as is John who met us. Booked now and can't wait to go back.

“Lovely Apartment - Great Location - And What a View!!!” My husband and daughter stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely apartment in September 2011. We were met on arrival ny john, who aslo came over during our holiday to change the beds, leave clean towels etc. The apartment was well services with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine, large fridge, iron and board - it had everything we needed. in the lounge the TV and DVD player (complete with films to watch) worked fine, bur the view was the balcony was simply stunning. A large bathroom with a good showever too and everything was nice and clean. The amenities in the block were great twoo - 2 pools and a private beach!! One pool played all the latest music for the nyoungerm vrowed and the other pool was quieter and had a shaded aera nearby so you could relex and unwind. There was something for everyone here and in a great location too. Our favourite place to go was the Britannia Bar down the road - Manolo, Cookie, Ivan and Alicia the Singer were all lovely and friendly. All in all, a great apartment in a great place.

“Great Location, not so great apartment” We had a wonderful stay in magaluf and the owners were very helpful in meeting us at the apartment as and when we arrived (10pm) unfortunately we were disappointed in our accommodation as it is not to the standard of the photographs. The furniture is dated and there was a sofa that seated 2-3 maximum not as in the photo. there were sheets but no covers. most importantly for us we wanted an apartment with air conditioning, its listed as having air con but that was a stand alone unit in the bedroom, the kids were fine in the bedroom but we slept on the pull out in the front room and it was far too hot to sleep comfortably which was disappointing. I cant fault the apartment with the utilities there was everything we needed inc hairdryer,iron,clothes airer,washing machine. Also i was expecting a block of apartments but its situated within a hotel (majorca beach hotel) which had its pro's (entertainment,nice pools,park) but had the downside that the pool was always very busy and noisy until around 11pm when entertainment quietens down. We still had a great holiday, it wasnt bad enough to ruin it, but i wouldn't stay here again for £500 Response: The accomodation has air-conditioning throughout the aparthotel both in the public rooms and all guest rooms and apartments. Our accomodation has an additional, portable air-con unit to ensure guests comfort in the extreme heat during Summer months. The sofa was changed as part of a refurbishment in 2010 , there is an additional easy chair in the lounge both bought from a very modern Swedish company and therefore cannot be considered dated. There are covers on the beds in the bedroom but these are there for decor. During the Winter months additional bedding is provided and would always be an option should the guest request it. We have had lots of positive comments from our guests throughtout the year and our longterm winter guests. This is the first negative comment we have received and I am surprised that the guest did not make a complaint direct to me on her return or to our agent on arrival or during her stay. As the guest stated our apartment is very well equipped as we take the comfort of our guests very seriously. This guest was unhappy because she couldn't have a refund one week before her holiday was due.
