About the home

This apartment is exclusively situated on a second floor overlooking Magaluf beach.It has undisrupted 180º sea views as well as direct access to the beachline. A private swimming pool also makes up the desires of children and adults situated just under the apartment. It is in the heart of the most famous beach resort area in Europe. You can enjoy just steps away from the apartment all the vibrant and amusing atmosphere. BCM, the famous
Puntaballena street, and a countless number of famous bars, clubs and restaurants are all just a few steps away.

Although dont forget that the very best (the beach) is right infornt of the apartment, with uninterrupeted views and with a privileged access hardly no other Hotel or apartment has. Everyone will be looking at you with an envious smile as you drink that evening beer watching the beautiful sunset from the terrace in your apartment.

Everything in the apartment is new; beds, linen, towels, curtains, and sofas. Its a new interior adapted for a very comfortable stay. The maximum person staying comfortable is 6 but we have a camp bed (rollawaybed).

Magaluf has long been the top destination for holidaymakers. The notorious Magaluf nightlife is amongst the best that the Mediterranean can offer with hundreds of bars and nightclubs. As well as the nightlife there's so much to do thanks to the beautiful beach with its watersports and other local attractions such as the Magaluf waterparks and nearby golf courses. An additional attraction worth a special mention is the amazing Pirates Adventure which is the island's number one show which has been seen by over 3 million people since it started. Western Water Park has the highest slide in Mallorca and has quite a few shows to keep everyone amused. Marineland has a great selection of sea creatures on display including dolphins, penguins and sharks. The dolphin school and shows are great entertainment.There is a never ending offer of activities to do.

To reserve the apartment we ask a bank transfer of the 30% of the balance, One month before the arrival day another 30%, and the rest of the balance in cash at arrival time, for reservations with arrival date 4 weeks or before the full amount must be transferred.
The security deposit in cash when arrival to the apartament. This deposit will be returned via bank transfer 48 hrs after leaving day after a satisfactory inspection. (security deposit 30% of the balance)
A 75€ charge for lost keys.
A covered private parking space is available, at an extra cost.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Its historic and cultural value is overwelming. The numerous towns such as Soller, Valldemosa, Deia, Binissalem, are a a very good representation of Mallorquin heritage. Palma is a growing cosmopolitan city, it offers a vast range of historic acitivities such as the worlds biggest gothic cathedral, the Bellver castle, and palma old town, as well as innumerable shopping choices.

Mallorca transport network includes Trains to Soller, Inca, Manacor, the new metro to the university, aswell as a wide range of buses covering the whole island. The port of Palma is also home to one of the most transitted Cruise ship ports in the world with more than a 1 million passengers last year.

Mallorcas beaches and Calas are simply breathtaking. Enjoy from long kilometric popular white beaches to private and isolated crystal clear "calas", beaches surrounded by mountain.

The climate is mediterranean, ranging from hot summers of 30º C to mild warm winters of aprox 18º C.

“An excellent choice - for us....” We were a group of 6 females (of a certain age) and all we are looking for is good accommodation with a fantastic view, great beach and good restaurants. That's exactly what we got. The apartment was fantastic; views unbeatable. It's huge - it took us a few days to get accustomed to the layout - you could almost get lost in there! You must leave a sizeable deposit, but it's worth it as long as you take care of the place, which you do simply because it's really nice. We only ate breakfast in the apartment, so didn't even use the lounge, but the balcony is to die for- you could sit there for hours just watching the world go by! All music from the surrounding bars (which is really quite good) stops at 24.00 sharp, so no need to worry about getting zzz's! Response: Many thanks Florence for your kind words Regards Arantxa

We had such a wonderful stay at your apartment. The pictures on the website do not do it justice at all! Everyone in my party loved the apartment too. Such a great location with stunning views. The new bathrooms were also beautifully done.

We will definitely be coming back to Magaluff so will get in touch nearer the time.
