The apartment has the most amazing sea view, is modern, fresh and offers everything you would wish for. AIR CONDITIONING. I offer all my properties to a very high standard with good quality furnishing, kitchen equipment, accessories etc. I do not offer this apartment to young groups.
Magalluf is an entertaining area, offering many things to do. There are two water parks at the back of Magalluf, offering entertainment for all the family. A go-kart track, the famous Pirates Show, which is an acrobatic, dancing, dinner entertainment. The beach is beautifully looked after. There are climbing frames for the children on the beach, volley ball areas. It is a large enough space to kick a ball around and often you see a friendly rugby game etc. There are many restaurants, bars, coffee bars and shops. The apartment in the centre of Magalluf, and only a short 1 minute walk will bring you to the first beach of Palma Nova. There are 4 beaces here with a long front promenade to walk along. There is also a promenade the full length of Magalluf beach.

It offers so much diversity, from beaches, to beautiful villages in the mountains, an amazing cultural city with wonderful architecture, night life, family entertainment, great restaurants and bars. Stunning marinas. A fabulous and amazing lifestyle.
Magaluf area
Western Water Park - is a huge entertainments water park, offering sldes, shoots, tyre journeys, lazy rivers, wonderful for children and adults. Make sure you take your sunblock !!! Opposite is Aqualand - offering many slides, shoots etc. The Go Kart track is also near here. These three attractions are located to the back right hand side of Magalluf. It is accessible to walk, but with a young family and the heat of the sun, I would advise a taxi, which are relatively inexpensive compared to England. There is a taxi rank right outside the complex. On the beach there are a lot of water activities offered, from boat trips, little speed boats to hire, pedaloes, parachute trips, the yellow sausage (can you stay on it `!!) the blow up large tyres where they speed you around. For the children, trampolines, climbing frames, play areas, lots of entertainment in the bars - children are the most important people in Spain. The restaurants are very good at offering an excellent selection of food for young persons. Come to Magalluf - you will have an excellent, entertaining family holiday. There is something for everyone.

Further details indoors: As you enter the apartment on the eleventh floor, there is a bedroom to the right, offering a max. of three beds. Usually it is set up for 2 beds (I offer the third to families). Then the bathroom, modern offering a white bathroom suite, fitted sink area with under sink cupboard, Bosch washing machine and a tumble dryer. The kitchen offers dishwasher and all the mod-cons. Beautifully presented, with matching crockery, glassware, cutlery and utensils. The lounge area offers two light brown suede modern sofas with cream throws to protect them from the sun, and sun lotion. A dining table with 4 leather chairs, English satellite TV, through which you can also listen to the English radio stations. The double bedroom is off this, and you can sit up in bed enjoying a morning cup of tea, enjoying the sea view. YOU ENJOY THE MOST AMAZING SEA VIEW ALL THE TIME. I have installed German expensive double glazed fitted windows, to block out any external noises.
Further details outdoors: There are boat trips available in the resort, which will take you along the coast, stopping off at various locations. The balcony/terrace of the apartment has been fitted with clever sliding windows, which can be slid open for the whole period of your holiday (most guests never close them). 80% of apartments front line in Magalluf have done this. Utilising the space more effectively. At this apartment you have a wonderfully large sunbathing terrace around the pool, offering privately owned sunbeds (by the apartment - so no fighting over sunbeds in the morning), also your own sun parasol.

I personally meet and greet you on arrival (unless arriving in the early hours !) I take you through how the apartment operates. I live only 5 minutes away so I am on hand to assist you in any difficulties. My family have owned the TOM BROWNS RESTAURANT chain in Magalluf for 26 years. I have been managing and letting properties for 4 years now.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking, except when all the windows are open. There is a lovely through draft when the front windows are open and the front door. As this is a quiet complex, there are only two neighbours that would pass, and they are not resident very often. I only offer the apartment to families and mature persons. The complex does not allow groups of youngsters. Thus maintaining a lovely complex. Peter is on site at all times, he is the English porter, who maintains the swimming pool, garden areas and is extremely helpful to all the residents.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. I ask for 50% to be paid to secure the booking with the balance due on arrival in cash sterling or euros for Ireland. If you prefer the balance can be transferred two weeks before your holiday commences. If you have to cancel your holiday at anytime, I will try to re-book the dates and return the funds to you, less £100 adminstration fee. I have also re-scheduled dates for my guests. I also take a £250 security/damage bond to protect my apartment. Please bring this with you on arrival in sterling cash and I will transfer this back to you via internet banking, with 10 working days of your return.
