Home description

This beautiful seafront apartment it's just the apartment you are looking for!! The apartment is completly new as you can see in the photos. It has all the facilities you need to enjoy your holidays!
It has one bedroom with a double bed and a big fitted wardrobe.
The bathroom has one toilet, bidet and big shower.
The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, kettle, coffee-maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave.
The large lounge has a dining table with four chairs, two comfortable sofas (also beds), coffee table with some drawers and a big TV.
Both the bedroom and the lounge have air conditioning - Cold/Hot.
There are full glass sliding doors open onto the terrace. The terrace has a table with four chairs and it's a perfect place to relax and see the sunset. It has also a awning.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca has without doubt, been one of the most popular holiday destinations for all nationalities, offering a wide range of attractions to suit all tastes. Palma is the capital city of the island of Mallorca. It is easily accessible by public transport from nearby resorts such as Magaluf and Palma Nova. Placa de la Reina is near the entrance to the beautiful Palau de l'Almudaina, the former home of the Mallorcan kings, and to the cathedral. Mallorca's north west coast is more commonly referred to as the Serra de Trasmuntana which is the mountain range stretching the length of the coast from Puerto Pollensa to Andratx.

Magaluf area

Magaluf has long been the top destination for holidaymakers. The notorious Magaluf nightlife is amongst the best that the Mediterranean can offer with hundreds of bars and nightclubs. As well as the nightlife there's so much to do thanks to the beautiful beach with its watersports and other local attractions such as the Magaluf waterparks and nearby golf courses. An additional attraction worth a special mention is the amazing Pirates Adventure which is the island's number one show which has been seen by over 3 million people since it started. Western Water Park has the highest slide in Mallorca and has quite a few shows to keep everyone amused. Marineland has a great selection of sea creatures on display including dolphins, penguins and sharks. The dolphin school and shows are great entertainment.

How to get there

Cheap flight companies such as Ryanair, bmi or easyjet fly every day to Palma.
- Taxis cost 30 euros aprox. from the airport
- The bus from Plaza España costs 2euros but first you need to take one from the airport.
- If you are travelling by car is better you contact with the owner.
