This is a centrally Air-conditioned as well as Centrally Heated apartment, with a total of 5 single beds + 2 extra folding beds, and with an enormous built-in wardrobe and bed side tables. The living room consists of 2 huge sofas with 2 puffs, Satellite, TV, DVD player, Fantastic Cd cassette audio system, Dining Table with 6 chairs and Modern kitchen.
The building has a 12-hour concierge and a communal swimming pool during the summer months. Underground parking for two cars is also available which connected thru elevator to the apartment, ideal for aged and disabled people. On the street level of the apartment building there is a 24 hour pharmacy, supermarket for daily needs and as well as 2 good restaurants.
