This beautiful apartment located in one of the best areas of Madrid it is a great option for families with children and for people wishing to stay at the same time near to all the city main areas. It has easy access to buses, subway (Metro Goya). It's 15 minutes walking distance to Plaza de Colon and Paseo de la Castellana and other old town areas where you can go either in a few minutes by bus or subway. On the other hand, it is very close from Parque del Retiro, an ideal park for children. Restaurants, shops, market, supermarkets and few of the most prestigious streets as Velazquez and Serrano are all walking distance. The apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator.
