Situated in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Salamanca, our home boasts one of the most exclusive addresses in Madrid, close to the Italian, Belgian and French Ambassador’s residence and just a short walk away from Calle Serrano, the most luxurious shopping district in the city, the surrounding area is full of luxury boutiques, cafés and some of the best restaurants in the Spanish capital. With the “Golden Mile” just around the corner, you can stroll down to Hermes, Armani, Gucci, Cartier among others in less than 5 minutes. The property is located within a "triangle" of metro stations, Lista, Nuñez de Balboa and Diego de Leon and a 3 minute walk to the buses that will take you to the Prado Museum or the Thyssen Bornemissa , you are able to enjoy all the pleasures of this calm and tranquil neighborhood, whilst simultaneously experiencing the advantages of excellent transportation connections.

The property is accessed through communal gardens and boast of a full time porter that lives in the building. The gardens are closed at night with a gate accessed with a code. The building has two lifts.

Distribution: 140m2. First floor. The entrance leads into a hallway with a small cuboard usefull to hang your jackets or coats. There is where we also leave handy shopping bags and shopping cart. Left of the hall there is a fully equipped office furnished with a glass table, chair, cupboard space, computer and printer. From the office or the hall you access one of the master bedrooms furnished with one bed 1.60cm x 1.90cm with two mattresses of 0.80cm x 1.90cm each. Both beds can be individually place into a seated position. This bedroom has an open-plan shower room equipped with a walk in shower, separate and private toilet and a large built in cupboard. The bedroom has a “Philip Ambilight” flat screen TV on the wall. Along the hall on your right you have a small room with a foldable easy-chair-bed. This room is mainly used as a library - reading room and can only be used as bedroom under request and could sleep a 6th person. Following this room we have the small but very function kitchen, equipped with Bosch appliances: fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven and small electro domestics which include a microwave, blender, mixer, toaster, kettle etc. . The kitchen has a “window” to the living room making it not only functional to pass the dishes over to the dining area but also very sociable as the person in the kitchen can part take with the conversation in the living room. The living area and dining area are next to the kitchen. The living area is equipped with a three seater sofa, wooden coffee table, two matching chairs and a Flat screen TV with DVD on a low piece of furniture. The dining area has an extensible table that can seat from 6 to 8 very comfortably and is situate right beside the “window” to the kitchen. Next to the dining table we have a Danish sixties style sideboard with all you will need to eat a nice meal at home! Accessed from the living room you have the second bathroom with a walk in shower. From the living room and down a short passage you reach the second master bedroom furnished with a queen sized bed (1.60cm x 1.90cm), a dresser and a cupboard. The third bedroom has a single bed (0.90cm x 1.90cm) and a desk. This bedroom has a built in cupboard. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub.

The Community of Madrid region

The property is situated in the heart of the Barrio Salamanca area called "Lista". The property has three underground stations at less than 5 minutes walk: Nuñez de Balboa, Lista and Diego de Leon. It also has several bus stops just around the corner that will take you to Puerta del Sol, the Prado Museum or the Thyssen Bornemissa Museum in a matter of minutes.

The property is is a short walk from the Belgian Embassadors Residence and the French, Italian and American Embassy and also a short walk from the IE Instituto de Empresa Business school.

If its shopping you like, you are just around the corner form the "Golden Mile" where you have all the most exclusive shops such as Gucci, Cartier, Escada, Hermes etc. We are also situated strategically between two "El Corte Ingles" and the best shopping streets of Calle Serrano and Calle Goya.
