This apartment with elevator, newly refurbished, has 100 m2, three bedrooms, a large lounge, dressing room, kitchen, two bathrooms and lobby. The capacity of this house is 7 people. This fantastic apartment is centrally located and very well connected by underground (metro), buses, taxi, etc.
The nearest underground station is Chueca just a few meters from the house.
The airport is connected to the underground network. A taxi takes about 20 minutes to get the apartment from the airport. The course fee is around 25 or 30 euros.

This apartment was simply perfect. It was spacious, clean, modern, well-stocked, comfortable and looked exactly as in the photos. We also felt incredibly secure here. It was based in a fantastic area and we simply loved to stand on the balcony and watch the world pass us by. The area was ideal for eating/drinking/shopping and in walking distance of most attractions. Miguel made everything very easy with frequent information and quick responses to any emails I sent him. And picking up and dropping off keys was also simple. We would definitely stay here again. What a great find! |

Large, clean apartment in good location. Met on arrival by Agent with all instructions clearly explained. Location is great, approx 10 minute walk from Sol - might be a little too far for anyone with mobility issues. Apt was bright, modern and clean. Showers were excellent! Keys were newly cut so some minor problems accessing the place but this should ameliorate as keys are used. Deposit returned the day after our return. Overall I was very happy with the apartment. |
