It´s only ten minutes walking from one of the most famous streets in Madrid, the Gran Via, and it is very close to Fuencarral street, full of trendy shops, and the amusing Chueca area . Once you enter into the building you find a great courtyard full of elegance that will take you to this newly renovated, spacious, comfortable and charming apartment of 82 m2. Decorated with exquisite taste and exceptional details, this apartment has a spacious living room with large windows and wood parquet floors that gives a warmth atmosphere to the house. This fantastic apartment is centrally located and very well connected by underground (metro), buses, taxi, etc.
The nearest underground station is Quevedo just a few meters from the house.
The airport is connected to the underground network. A taxi takes about 20 minutes to get the apartment from the airport. The course fee is around 25 or 30 euros.
