The studio, located in a luxurious building in the most beautiful area of the city, sleeps up to four persons comfortably resulting in the perfect choice for every visitor who comes to Madrid.

The studio is ideal for any executive business person or any visitor in search of superior class. The apartment has been renovated with the latest in modern technology; heating, air-conditioning, hot water via thermostat, security, anti-flooding system and of course all of the modern comforts of a high-end modern building.

The building has an entrance with a security camera and a physical porter. Furthermore, the building has a stupendous communal rooftop. This is an authentic luxury with the views of the fantastic modernist buildings of the Gran Via that celebrated their 100th anniversary in 2010.

The apartment can sleep up to 4 persons and has been distributed with taste and thought. The two sleeping areas are separated by a beautiful bookcase with drawers allowing privacy between the double bed and the sofa bed that converts into a double bed making this ideal for any family.

The apartment has large double paned windows that isolate the apartment from any noise and also let natural light in. Furthermore, there is a small balcony.

The open-plan kitchen opens up to the well lit living room combining all of the elements creating a modern spacious environment.

The fabulous bathroom has the latest in design and quality. A large bathtub has also been put allowing one to relax after a long day of work.

The Madrid region

The capital of Spain can be found in the heart of the peninsula and right in the centre of the Castillian plain.

With a population over three million, this cosmopolitan city is a wonderfully busy and vibrant place to live and visit. It is also a business centre, headquarters for the Public Administration, Government, Spanish Parliament and the home of the Spanish Royal Family. The Madrid City / Gran Via area

The Gran Via is a great dividing line that separates the districts of the city: to the north of the avenue is Malasaña – going west – and Chueca – to the east and the south zone of Sol and Opera. The Gran Via starts where it intersects with calle Alcalá, very close to Sol. At the other end, the via finishes at Plaza de España and here begins the districts of Moncloa and Arguelles.

Gran Via is the nerve centre of urban life in Madrid: always crowded with people in a hurry going shopping, to the cinema, musicals, work……With its splendid buildings, the Avenue has a certain New York feel to it.

A few meters away from the metro Callao, about three blocks from the zero kilometre mark of the city and in Puerta del Sol. In the absolute centre of the capital, the most historic along with the most modern, the most visited by tourists and at the same time the most frequented by the people of Madrid.

Walking a few minutes from this apartment you arrive at the most visited sites of the city. Emblematic sites such as the Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, and Gran via plus Madrid’s own Broadway is only a block away. Prominent and globally known museums like the Reina Sofia, Prado, and the Thyssen Bornemizsa. Also the large parks such as the Retiro and Jardines de Oriente.

If you are taking a taxi from the airport to the apartment, the general cost is between 25 – 35 euros and it will take around 30 minutes in normal traffic. Just ask the driver to take you to the address above. There are also buses and metro running from the airport in to Plaça de Colon.
