About the home

Although the apartment is in the center of the city, believe it or not, it has garden views with beautiful trees and plants.

The Latina VI Apartment has been recently renovated and carefully decorated for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has a white and clear tone decoration which gives it lots of light and space. It also has wooden floors which create a nice and cozy atmosphere.

The apartment sleeps 4 persons with its queen sized bed in the master bedroom and the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The master bedroom is simple and impeccable with a queen sized bed and desk perfect for those who have to work. It also has a closet, nightlight and all other necessities.
The comfortable living room is divided up into two spaces.

There is the relaxation area which consists of a large L-shaped sofa bed, a television and DVD and a large window with views of the garden below. Furthermore, there are white curtains which give privacy. Then you have the dining area which has a dining table that seats four and connects to the kitchen through a small window very nicely decorated. Although connected by a small window, the kitchen has an independent entrance.

The blue and white Andalusian style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and a glass brick wall that allows light in from the exterior giving it a nice atmosphere. Finally, the Latina VI Apartment has wireless internet, an elevator and a doorman.

If you are taking a taxi from the airport to the apartment, the general cost is between 25 – 35 euros and it will take around 30 minutes in normal traffic. Just ask the driver to take you to the address above. There are also buses and metro running from the airport in to Plaça de Colon.
