Welcome to our family home, located in Coton, one of the prettiest villages in Cambridgeshire, within walking distance of the university town of Cambridge. Whether you are organising a family holiday, friends reunion or special event, look no further!
Cambridge train station is just a 10 min drive (3 miles). Approximately, 40 min from Stansted Airport, 1 hour from Luton Airport and 1 hour from London by car.
The house is on the Coton Footpath, a quiet cul de sac, via which bicyclists can reach the centre of Cambridge in 15 minutes. From here you can access all the delights of Cambridge's historic centre, extensive shopping, punting on the Cam and much much more!
For the energetic, you can explore the network of paths through the Coton Countryside Reserve, as well as the Wimpole Way that runs through the village. The village recreation ground also offers an active cricket and football club, playground and a tennis court.
The house is surrounded by fields and trees, with its windows looking out on the recreation Ground to the front and the allotments and Coton orchards to the rear. It is a peaceful haven, with a large garden ideal for children of all ages and terrace for outdoor dining. The house is also pet friendly, bring your pet on holiday! (contact first).
Our home has all the facilities and space you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The spacious family kitchen-dining room and sitting room with large double-glazed windows are cosy in winter but airy and light in summer. The house is simply but attractively decorated, with pictures, rugs and books from around the world.
This house sleeps 7 people. The 5 bedrooms can hold 7 people and there is a single bed and a sofa bed downstairs for extra people (£10/night after 7 guests). If you are driving, there is off street parking on the drive.

Coton has a 12th century Church, The Plough restaurant-pub, a garden centre with a Post Office, farm shop and a tea room. Visit the well-known Cambridge American Cemetery and Memorial situated on the Coton stretch of Madingley Road. Practice your walking excursions though public footpaths or visit the Coton Countryside Reserve.
Walk or cycle the off-road Coton Footpath to Cambridge, starting at the village recreation ground, bypass Coton Orchard, crossing the M11 motorway bridge, then passing alongside the University's West Cambridge site south of Madingley Road, crossing the River Cam and finally arrived at Cambridge city centre.
To Cambridge City Centre: 10 min by car or drive to Madingley Road Park & Ride (CB3 0EX) and take the bus (10 min to city centre). There are several bus routes to chose from taking 15 min to Cambridge, a short 10 min walk from this house, and 15 min bike ride thought the Footpath. Cambridge Train Station (less than 3 miles away), a short 10 min taxi drive or 25 min ride by bus.
