Our Mackenzie Beach Apartment is fully equipped, has air-conditioning and easy access to the communal swimming pool.
The location is very central, you can walk to all amenities and it is only 6km to Larnaca Airport,
Our Apartment is located on the 1st Floor, The Ground Floor is only for Car Parking.
Access to our Apartment is either via the Lift or the Stairs
It's only a 3 minute walk to the sea front and the recently refurbished boardwalk. Alternatively, it's a short stroll to Mackenzie Beach and the Water-sports, Diving Centre, Fishing Port, Restaurants & Shops.
The area is generally residential, quiet and relaxing; being suitable for both families and mature adults.
The cosmopolitan town of Larnaca with it's many beaches, restaurants and shops is only a 10 minute walk and it is also home to a brand new marina on Finikoudes Beach and the Palm tree lined Promenade.

The Larnaka District
Larnaca is a bustling city by day and night. The weather is It is excellent for shopping and you can purchase just about anything here. They have M & S and a Debenhams as well as designer boutiques. By the marina and famous Mackenzie beach is a palm tree lined promenade which is full of open air bars and cafes and restaurants, this is perfect for an evening stroll. There is a busy night life in this area as well. You can also arrange boat trips from here during the day and some evenings.
Larnaca also has many areas of historical interest from the Ancient Kitkiouro, a Neolithic settlement, The Salt Lakes & a Hala Sultan Tekke.
Larnaca Town is an all year round shopping town favoured by locals and tourists alike. Some well known UK High Street Shops include Marks and Spencers and Topshop, and for the kids there is MacDonalds to make them feel at home. There is a vibrant night life with Clubs and late bars, and top class Restaurants to suit every taste and budget.
There are many Historical sites such as St Lazarus Church and Fort of Larnaca.
Visit Camel Park near Mazotos or Water World in Ayia Napa. Buses leave daily from Phinikoudes Sea Front.
Mackenzie Beach is a must for all the family with its vast sandy Beach and clear blue shallow water, its a blue flag beach with Life Guards on duty seven days a week, where there are changing rooms, showers and toilets provided. There are also numerous restaurants, bars and shops all long the beach for your convenience.
The whole beachfront area has recently been refurbished with new paving, roads, street-lighting and Palm Trees.
On the Beach-Front, you can enjoy Scuba-Diving, Fishing, Para-Gliding, Snorkeling, Boat Hire & tours, quad bikes, scooters and much more

There are many historical monuments and sights to visit locally.
Just off Finikoudas beach is the 9th century Church of Saint Lazarus, and standing proudly at the end of Athens Avenue you simply cannot miss the Larnaka Castle. Founded during the Byzantine era as the first fortification in the 12th century
Diving at the Zenobia Wreck as it is considered the best wreck diving site in the Mediterranean. If you are not a diver you can see the wreck from glass-bottom boats which depart from the Larnaka Marina and also enjoy lunch and drinks on board.
Get the thill of watersports which are offered on most Larnaka Beaches, such as banana, jet ski, paragliding, flyboard or even kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing, as Larnaka has the ideal conditions for these kind of sports.
Enjoy Larnaka's countryside in an alternative way, by riding a camel in Mazotos Camel Park, a donkey in Dipotamos Donkey Farm of Skarinou or a horse in Drapia Farm of Kalavasos.
Larnaka Salt Lake
The first site of immense interest encountered upon arrival at the Larnaka international airport is the Larnaka Salt Lake. Its past as a natural habitat of sea life is traced 3-5 million years and fossil life of that age can be found in the surrounding hills. The central Salt Lake was a gulf in prehistoric times. From 1700 BC it was a secure natural port in the service of the large prehistoric town next to Hala Sultan Tekke, which was abandoned by its population at about 1050 BC.
