Set in its own 15 acres, the house itself is surrounded by an area of formal lawn and olive trees. The apartment is large, (approx. 1,500 sqft), and occupies the entire ground floor of this substantial country house.
Along with a large pool, (15 x 6 m, 1.4m overall depth, salt water system / no chlorine), there is a mirrored, poolside bar with wc and changing room, a separate BBQ area by a small building offering a Moroccan style bed for crashing out on and a separate dedicated alfresco dining area just outside the living room. If you are looking for somewhere with a touch of style and flair - this is it. There being only the one apartment for rental, you will virtually have the place to yourselves.

The Marche / Abruzzo / Marche region
The joy of Le Marche is that it is relatively undiscovered and the local people are amazingly friendly. The countryside is beautiful and scattered with ancient fortified towns. The Adriatic coastline offers a vast selection of beaches along with a great number of places to eat.
Macerata / Loro Piceno area
The medieval town of Loro piceno is just seven kms away and offers banks, bars, shops, etc. and couple of good restaurants. There is a wide range of other restaurants in the area. Macerata boasts the second largest open air Opera venue in Italy. The remains of the Roman town of Urbs Salvia along with the ancient Abbey of Fiastra are just a short drive away. During the summer season, each town takes pride in organising there own Festa and in some cases more than just the one.
How to get there
Ancona airport ; Ryanair from Stansted. Daily flights. One hour drive. Pescara: One and a half hours drive. Rome and Bologna both roughly 3 hours drive.

Further details indoors: The twin room can be made up as a double or, alternatively, an additional single bed can be added to make a total of three. The two double rooms both open out onto their own outside areas through French windows. The living area has a vaulted ceiling and comprises both lounging and dining area with a well equipped kitchen attached. TV and DVD player. Alfresco dining area just outside.

Conditions
Highchairs and cots can be provided. Small children will need to be supervised around the pool. As the apartment is entirely on the ground floor access is possible for elderly and infirm and wheelchairs to a degree. Please contact us prior to booking for clarification .

A 20% deposit is required on making a booking and the remainder is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. On bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount is due.
Should an additional third single bed be required an additional weekly charge of £100 is payable.
A refundable deposit of 200 euros is required, in cash on arrival to cover any possible breakages etc.
