Recently renovated spacious ground floor apartment contained within this unique and prestigious property of considerable and architectural interest which occupies a prominent site on the foreshore of Macduff with exceptional views of the harbour and towards the Moray Firth.

This property is extremely spacious and dates from 1870 when it was originally the British Linen Bank. Many period features have been

retained including the ornate ceiling cornicing; ceiling roses; high skirtings and panelled doors, gas central heating with steel column radiators. It also has been extensively refurbished and modernised with a new kitchen fitted with all mod cons including a large American Fridge Freezer. A Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a new spacious shower room. There is a multi fuel woodburning stove in the very large living room for cosy nights in. There is also a seating area at the bay windows to watch the world go by and hopefully a dolphin or two.
