The Cornwall region

Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

Mabe

Mabe itself is only a hop, skip and a jump from Falmouth, one of the largest towns on the Southern tip of Cornwall and home to the National Maritime Museum. Falmouth itself owes its long tradition of fishing and boating to its location on the third largest natural harbour in the world. It's a buzzing town with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops to keep you busy if you get restless with the idyll of your rural accommodation. Take the passenger ferry to St Mawes and the Roseland Peninsula if you want to spread your wings further and you might even spot a basking shark or two at the right time of year.
