Marine House is a spacious and airy Victorian detached residence in Fairhaven, on the coast between Lytham and St Annes in Lancashire.
Perfectly situated within 2 minutes walk from Granny's bay, Fairhaven Lake and the nearest family restaurant and pub, it is a short walk to Ansdell, with numerous take aways and restaurants, a supermarket, Off License, Post office and small specialist shops.
Marine House has been lovingly refurbished to retain the original Victorian features such as stained glass windows, fireplaces and features, whilst providing a comfortable modern living environment.
Ideal for golf breaks due to nearby golf courses such as Royal Lytham and St. Annes, Fairhaven Golf Club and St. Annes Old Links.
The accommodation is split over 3 floors with options available to suit your requirements.
Please note that when booking the house for 8 guests the additional floor is not let out separately.

The middle and top floor (Main entrance is on the middle floor) provide spacious living and sleeping accommodation for up to 8 people – with 4 double bedrooms ( 1 with en-suite), currently organised as 3 doubles and 1 twin room, though the twin has zip lock mattresses should 4 doubles be required.
A family bathroom, large dining kitchen with seating for up to 12, sitting room with LED television and Freeview, second reception or games room, with TV and PS3 and large hall with stained glass window are also included in the top two floors.
The two front bedrooms and both reception rooms have beautiful sea views across Granny's Bay.
The front garden consists of a well established rockery and lawn, whilst at the back is a walled garden with paved Patio, established flower beds and lawn.
Wireless internet is available throughout the Property.

If further accommodation is required, the ground floor is also available, with an additional bathroom, kitchen and two additional double bedrooms, one an exceptionally large room which includes a sitting room area with two sofas, a rocking armchair, Sky TV and 3D TV.
This extends the property to provide sleeping accommodation for up to 12 adults. A cot can be provided if required.

Fairhaven is situated between Lytham and St. Annes and features Fairhaven Lake which is one of the borough's most popular attractions. Fairhaven Lake is a haven for wildfowl and leisure activities include boat hire, bowling green, tennis and basketball courts, skatepark and playground. Lowther pavilion is close by and is used for a variety of events such as theatrical productions, concerts, demonstrations and exhibitions.

"House very nice pity about the garden"
On the whole we thought the house was well equipped but cold. We tried to ring the owner to ask him to boost the heating but could not get an answer.The garden is small but a mess… More
Sorry you found the house cold. We did point out the thermostat to you when you arrived - it is there so that you can adjust the temperature. We did get an alert to say that you had unplugged it meaning that the heating was switched off. We tried to contact you but you didn't provide us with a mobile number so we sent an email. We had no message left from you.
Sorry you didn't like the garden.
