This is a recently renovated apartment that is well furnished and decorated to a high standard. It offers fully a equipped kitchen and bathroom with comfortable living/bedroom. You can see Ratusha (city hall) and the medieval Rynok square from it’s windows.

The apartment is very comfortable and large (47 sq. m.) it provides cozy feeling not at the least due to a gas fireplace in the bed/living room. This property is ideal for either a romantic evening by the fire or discovering medieval Lviv by foot.

The Western Ukraine region

The first written mention about Lviv dates back to 1256. The population is around 830 000 citizens. The total area is 171 square kilometers. Since 1998, L’viv is a World UNESCO Heritage site.

It encompasses 55% of all Ukrainian monuments of cultural significance and 1.5 million museum artifacts.

13 official and honourary consulates of foreign states are situated in Lviv. More than 160 000 students study here. The city contains 60 establishments for higher education.

Lviv is a cultural centre of Ukraine. It has a long history. So you will find there many interesting places:

- Medieval Rynok Square has been the centre of political, public, cultural, and commercial life of the city for 500 years; it is the heart of Lviv, the setting of the historic beginning of the Europeanisation of Ukraine. Surrounding it are about fifty unique architectural monuments dating back to the 16-20th centuries You should visit there City Hall, Bandinelli Palace, Kornyakt Palace, Black Stone House.

How to get there

Lviv can be accessed by direct flight from Vienna (Austrian Airlines), Frankfurt am Main (Ukraine International Airlines), Warsaw (LOT Polish Airlines).You can get to Lviv by Wizz Air (www.wizzair.com) from London-Luton, Dortmund. Wizz Air offers very cheap prices.

You can also fly to Lviv via Kyyiv ( Ukraine) and Moscov ( Russia). The most up-to-date information about the flight schedule and prices can be obtained by calling the Airport Enquiry Service at +38 (032) 229-81-12, 69-21-12 (Ukrainian, English, German and Russian languages are supported).

You can get from the airport to the city centre and vice versa by:
Trolleybus No. 9 (stops in the centre near Ivan Franko University).

Fare: 0.6 UAH (general) and 0.3 UAH (for schoolchildren and students).
Fixed-route taxi No. 9 (High Castle – Kryvonosa Street – Torhova Street – Horodotska Street – Kulparkivska Street – Vyhovskoho Street – Lyubinska Street – Ariport);

No. 95 (Airport – Vyhovskoho Street – Volodymyra Velykoho Street – Knyahyni Olhy Street – Sakharova Street – Kopernika Street – Doroshenka Street – Svobody Avenue – Chornovola Avenue – Mazepy Street – Mykolaychuka).

Fare: 1.50 UAH.

Taxi. The fare will depend on the route, time of the day etc. We recommend negotiating the fare with the taxi driver before the ride.

Conditions

- Deposit - 25% of total amount or one day rent whichever is more has to be paid to secure a booking for 1-3 days stay

- If you cancel a booking 2 or more weeks before arrival we will return a deposit
- If you cancel a booking 1 weeks before your arrival we will return 1/2 deposit

- Deposit - 50% of total amount for bookings of more then 3 days

- If you cancel a booking 3 or more weeks before arrival we will return a deposit
- If you cancel a booking less the 3 weeks but more then 1 weeks before your arrival we will return 1/2 deposit
- If you cancel less then 1 week deposit will not be returned.

- Total amount of stay can be prepaid through Paypal, otherwise balances of payments are due at the check in, there is no refund for change in number of days after check in
