House | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 6
Maison Bellevue is located in the beautiful Lot valley in South West France surrounded by vineyards and overlooking the Lot river.
The house was originally two properties but in 2007 we undertook a significant rebuild and refurbishment of the property. There are now 3 double bedrooms, all of which have their own character. The top bedroom has simply fantastic views across the valley, the middle bedroom has a comfortable rustic feel (with an en suite shower and basin) whilst the lower bedroom has exposed stone walls.
On the ground floor is recently refurbished kitchen, which is fully equipped (inc microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and gas cooker). There is a dining table and chairs although in summer most meals are usually eaten on the terrace.
The ground floor bedroom has a classic french double metal bed, wardrobe and bedside table.
The large salon has two comfortable sofas, coffee table, a sitting chair and TV/DVD player. The salon opens onto an external terrace with BBQ and dining table and chairs with seating for 6 people, it's a great place to while away the summer evenings.
The first floor bedroom has a modern 5 foot wide bed with wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side table and an en suite shower room with hand basin. The room has lovely views across the valley.
The modern bathroom has a bath incorporating a shower it and hand basin. There is and separate WC.
The upper bedroom has a modern 5 foot wide bed with antique wardrobe and chest of draws as well as modern bedside tables. This room has stunning views across the valley.
