A gorgeous air conditioned villa with beautiful sea views! The large veranda off the lounge/dining area allows you to make the most of the lovely ocean views while dining al fresco, or you can dine in the fragrant garden off the kitchen which has a charcoal BBQ for those special warm evenings at the villa.

The upstairs living area has a calm and relaxing lounge with with comfy seating and a 48" TV with Meo/international channels and also BBC and streaming options. The dining area has a table with seats for 6 people and there is a handy service hatch to the separate kitchen.

The very well equipped kitchen has all the electrical appliances and equipment you'll need for a great holiday and plenty of crockery and utensils, pots and pans.

There is a guest bathroom beside the living area.

The 2 bedrooms are on the lower level and both open onto the fabulous pool area. The delightful Master bedroom with 5 ft bed and fitted wardrobes has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet. Located alongside the family bathroom with its shower and toilet is the pretty twin bedroom which has fitted wardrobes.

This is an ideal villa for families, golfers, or as a romantic treat for two! Complimentary WI Fi and English Language TV channels.

Water sports, tennis, horse riding, golf are available locally and there are fabulous cliff & coastal paths for walkers offering superb ocean views and also the opportunity to appreciate nature and a wide variety of flora and fauna.

The airport at Faro is an hour's drive mostly on motorway, and if you have a car you can discover some of the huge choice of other beaches that are dotted along the beautiful coastline, some of the beaches are little coves with just a little beach cafe, and others are longer stretches of sand backed by towering cliffs.

If you do not wish to hire a car you will find everything you need in the village, where everything in within walking distance. Luz village has lots of restaurants, cafe bars and some bars. It is a small quiet family resort with none of the 'hurdy gurdies' that you will find in the larger resorts to the east. Luz has small supermarkets, banks, post office, hair dressers and small shops and there are colourful market stalls on the promenade near the beach. There are 2 water sports centres at the beach offering everything from surfing to water skiing and para gliding.

For a larger range of shops, restaurants and bars Lagos is less than 10 minutes drive and there is a frequent and cheap local bus service. During the peak season there is a late bus service to Luz, but Taxi fares are cheap also for those wanting to return late.

Lagos has a lovely waterside promenade, shaded by palm trees and there is a cute pedestrian bridge crossing the river to the large new marina which has additional shopping and restaurant choices. Meia Praia beach is a long beach stretching for 4 km to the east from behind the marina in the direction of Alvor. Lagos Zoo is popular with children as are day trips to the water parks and Zoo Marine, half an hour by motorway.

The nearest golf is about 3 km away at Boa Vista Golf Resort which is located between Luz and Lagos. The new golf course near Espiche offers very competitive rates and it is about 5 km from Luz with its striking new club house promising beautiful views not only of the course itself but delightful sunsets too. Sta Antonio Golf is about 10 km and is the most westerly course in the Algarve. Palmares Golf Links near Lagos has recently been completely redesigned, and there are is a huge choice of golf courses and tuition should you tire of any one of the above!

This is a lovely split-level villa with wonderful sea views located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

There is a guest bathroom off the hall and the living area and kitchen are upstairs to make the most of the lovely sea views, and also on this level is a well equipped kitchen, which opens onto a pretty patio and garden area with built-in BBQ, and a table and chairs for dining al fresco. This is also an alternative area for sun bathing, and Outside steps lead down from this lovely fragrant garden area to the pool area. the bedrooms are at the lower level with both bedrooms open onto the south facing patio and swimming pool area.

There is a new large 42" flat screen Satellite TV in the lounge as well as DVD and CD/Radio. The lounge is well appointed with comfortable couches and wood burner. The dining area has seating for 6 and for convenience there is a serving hatch from the kitchen, which also has the bonus of giving the cook some nice views while working! The living area and the dining area both have doors to the veranda and have lovely sea views.

Opening onto the patio and pool area, the attractive master bedroom has 5 ft bed and its en-suite bathroom has bath with shower over and also bidet. The pretty twin bedroom, located beside the shower room, has doors to the patio and pool area.
