Parco Studer, situated in Dumenza in a parc of 6 acres (25‘000 sq.m) quiet and peaceful only 7 car minutes from Luino on Lago Maggiore;
3 walking minutes from essential amenities excellent restaurant and beautiful hiking / mountain bike trails.

Parco Studer has its private pool (8 by 10m) with shallow end for children, hot and cold shower, has its own sauna. The apartment has a spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs to dine just outside of the kitchen.

With two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms (showers) the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
There are 3 more apartments in the house. 2 are similar to "ROSA" and at the same price.

The Lombardy / Varese/Lake Maggiore region

Dumenza, typical small italien village 400 m above sealevel. 7 minutes by car from Luino and the Lago Maggiore. It is only 1km from the Swiss border and half an hour from Lugano

The lago Maggiore is Italies second largest lake and has a multitude of smaller and larger islands. It western shore is in Piedmont. its eastern shore in Lombardy and in the north it enters the Swiss canton of Ticino (Ascona, Locarno). As with all the italien lakes, the micro climate means endless sunshine and palm trees fill the gardens.
It is 5o km from Malpensa airport

Luino / Dumenza area

From Luino all tours on the lake take you to the various famous points on the lake, like the Borromeo Islands:
Isola Madre and its wonderful gardens, the baroque wonder of Isola Bella, along the lake: Canobbio and its market, Asconas Jazz festival; the Locarno film festival.

From the Parco Studer you walk to the Monte Lema in 2.5 hours. From the house part also
all the little trails that take you to alpine resorts where goat cheese and Polenta and local salami awaits you
served by the local families.

Mountain biking is offered with tours guided by experts of the area.
On the other side: Lugano and its lake are only half an hour away.
