A beautiful villa that belonged to the Borromeo noble family, built at the end of the 19 th century.
4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms facing the lake, large kitchen 3 bathrooms .
For a relaxing holiday on the lake, close to switzerland : Lugano, Locarno , Ascona.
A green garden with a barbecue and a direct access to the lake and the possibility to have a boat at the buoy in front of the house.

The Lombardy / Varese/Lake Maggiore region

The sheltered coast of this area – the Italian Riviera - offers a laid-back atmosphere and some of Italy’s finest beaches as well as warm weather all year around. The scenery is dramatic, with mountains dropping straight down to the sea. The area has a traditional link to the sea, Genoa being the home of Christopher Columbus and still the country’s largest port.

Close to Milan and Switzerland, the Varese and Lake Maggiore area is a beautiful area full of history and natural sites to visit. The Borromeo Islands on lake Maggiore can be easily reached by boat.
