Robin's House has been restored with high energy-saving criteria. All rooms of the House are paved with parquet floor that makes it warm and welcoming environment. The 3 rooms, including one on the ground floor is suitable for disabled people, are bright and furnished with taste and sobriety, with new furniture in pastel tones. We have devoted particular attention to the comfort of beds, spacious and equipped with comfortable mattresses, anti-mite guaranteed. Each room is equipped with bathroom with shower, TV, heating and air conditioning with autonomous regulation, wireless internet connection. The living room is equipped with a thermo-fireplace and reading corner. The study room is equipped with tables and chairs with parlour games. The place is quiet and gently accompanied by birdsong, with sunny and shaded areas. The exterior is equipped for the use of guests with the presence of a hut-gazebo and Barbecue. Cheerful playground. Adjacent to the structure and can be used free of charge by request to the owner, there is a Fitness Path between orchard, organic garden and integrated photovoltaic Park to the cultivation of flowers. In the private garden of the House are exposed ancient peasant tradition tools. In the garden there is also a pond full of Goldfish and a watermill. The delivery of the keys is so adjusted: 16.00 hours entrance, exit within hours 10.00. For stays under a WEEK applies the price here indicated per day, based on the nights.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
