The bedrooms are all on the first floor (you can also reach the floor through an external staircase). There are 2 double bedroom and one with a large single bed (also suitable for two children of max 10-12 yo). The two bedrooms with double bed are equipped with air conditioning. Baby cot and folding bed available on request (the property is suitable for up to 5 adults and a child of 10/12 yo and a baby. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. The small annex at 10 meters from the house has a porch equipped with table and chairs, 2 fires and barbecue. The location of the property allows to quickly reach the principal cultural and naturalistic beauties of Umbria, northern Lazio and southern Tuscany. From the property in only 15 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence. The train station of Orte is at 20 km, from here you can take the train for Rome or Florence. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are available in both the villages of Lugnano in Teverina and Attigliano. There is a supermarket 50 meters on the right after the highway exit (Todis).
