Situated in the centre of the pretty village of Whitton and just five miles from the medieval market town of Ludlow, this lovely cottage boasts a wealth of exposed oak beams and roof trusses, and an unusual ‘upside down’ layout. Visitors can enjoy shared use of the large garden as well as the two patio areas - both of which come with furniture and a barbecue.

Lawned garden with two patio areas, both with furniture & BBQ. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: On-site fishing pond is fenced but please ensure children are supervised at all times.

The Ludlow / Whitton area
Set in the heart of the beautiful south Shropshire countryside is the pretty little village of Whitton. Boasting a 10th Century church and well placed to discover the excellent walking and cycling routes through the scenic countryside, this lovely little settlement offers easy access to the Clee, Caradoc and Long Mynd Hills. Church Stretton - known as "Little Switzerland" amongst the locals – is close by and worth visiting for the spectacular views it offers. The nearby medieval market town of Ludlow makes a fascinating day trip with over 500 listed buildings and a wide array of tea-rooms and restaurants – four of which have been awarded Michelin stars. The World Heritage Centre at Ironbridge is close by, as are Stokesay Castle and the Severn Valley Railway.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
