Shropshire has some of the UK's most beautiful scenery combined with a huge amount of historic heritage. Surrounding places to visit include Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and of course you are not far from the Welsh borders.
Ludlow / Clee Stanton area
Ludlow's historic castle and buildings are a must to see with many food & drink and cultural festivals held throughout the year.
There are a great number of lovely walks in and around Ludlow, either by the river or up Clee Hill where the view on a clear day is stunning, being able to see for miles.
There are regular markets held in the Market Place selling anything from fresh produce to antiques and crafts.
How to get there
The Old Chapel is situated approximately 5 miles east of Ludlow in a quiet hamlet between the B4364 to Bridgnorth and the A4117 to Kidderminster. It is accessible by car being 10 minutes from the centre of Ludlow where there is also a train station.
