The house offers accommodation for 8, with private pool. It is sorrounded by a large terraced property with many olive trees.
The ground floor features an entrance, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath tub.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom a bathroom with shower and a separate wc. On the lower level there is a separate entrance with a another double bedroom with its own bathroom.
The owner, very friendly, lives on the premise and he is always ready to help in any possible way. He has an absolute children-friendly dog.

The Tuscany region
You will be in the heart of Tuscany, close to the sea, and ideal for any day trip to visit the arts town as Florence, Siena. Cinque Terre is also not far, and can be easily reached within a 2 hours drive from the farmhouse.
Tuscany is a by far the most famous region of middle Italy. It is best known as the home of Florence where the renaissance of art and sculpture began.
Florence has some of the most famous churches and museums in the world.
Lucca area
Lucca's province offers a beautiful countryside, the famous beaches of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi and wonderful mountais as Te Apuane Alps as well as the Garfagnana Region.
Lucca itself is a medieval city on a plain and is still completely surrounded by its 16th Century walls.
It has rightly become a noted tourist destination. The rolling hills around Lucca are famous for the extraordinary quality of the olive oil Even the local wine production has been in the last decades strongly increased.
How to get there
The villa is set in the countryside around Lucca, very close, only 5 km far. Lucca is close to Pisa and Florence airports, where all the major companies are present, such as:
British Airways, Air France, Iberia, and also llow costs companies such as Ryan Air and Easy Jet.
From there is just a short drive - 20minutes from Pisa, 45 minutes from Florence to reach the town.
