It is completely restored and has kept the original Tuscan architecture. The rental is on the top floor of the structure. If needed, the downstairs apartment can also be rented. Wonderful views of the Pisan mountains facing south and the pretty town of Guamo. Private entrance and total privacy. The apartment is composed of a large built-in kitchen totally equipped to cook those great Italian meals. Elegant antique dining table and chairs. Living room with sofas, fireplace. The spacious master bedroom has double bed, armchairs, and beautiful views from the 3 large window. The smaller bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and dresser. Access to large bathroom from both bedrooms. Completely furnished. Linens supplied.

Lucca area
The picturesque medieval city of Lucca, one of the most important in Tuscany, is a wonderful area for a holiday. There are many things to see and visit while in the area. The beautiful historic villas, the Garfagnana mountain area, the sea resorts of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, hiking, wine and olive oil tasting and much more.
How to get there
Lucca is very easy to reach. Pisa airport is only half-hour, Florence ariport one hour. Train station very near the centre.

Further details outdoors: Enjoy the sunshine on the patio or in the large rear garden. Take a bike ride through the picturesque rural area and the town of Guamo. Take pleasant walks through this pretty rural area, go to Lucca and enjoy this wonderful medieval city. Only one-half hour to Pisa, Viareggio beaches, one hour to Firenze.

Upon booking, a 30% unrefundable deposit is required paid by bank transfer or moneygram. Balance must be paid one month prior to arrival. Rent does not include telephone cost or heating if needed. There is a Euro 40 for final cleaning. On arrival, a security deposit of Euros 300 is required. This will be returned after checking for breakage or damage or any extra expenses.
