Casa Beppe is a pretty country home. Totally renovated by the owners. It is a great place for a family with children or for a group of friends. The house is distributed on two floors. Ground floor includes the open plan kitchen and dining area with fireplace, sofa bed, and chairs. Second floor is composed of large bedroom with double bed, bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with stall shower. The house is well furnished including the patio furniture in front of the house and in the swimming pool area. Plenty of parking. On the same property there is a small structure which includes one sofa bed for two, bathroom and small kitchenette

Lucca area
The picturesque medieval city of Lucca, one of the most important in Tuscany, is a wonderful area for a holiday. There are many things to see and visit while in the area. The beautiful historic villas, the Garfagnana mountain area, the sea resorts of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, hiking, wine and olive oil tasting and much more.
How to get there
Lucca is very easy to reach. Pisa airport is only half-hour, Florence ariport one hour. Train station very near the centre.

Further details indoors: Casa Beppe is rented out all year round. There is heating for the winter and paid on a daily use basis. The owner will supply wood for the fireplace for an extra cost. Kitchen and bed linens are included. The house is a semi-detached house. The family lives next door and they are available for any help. Some English is spoken. The pool is located behind the house AND IS FOR THE ESCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUESTS OF CASA BEPPE.
Further details
A 30% unrefundable deposit is required for confirmation of booking. The payment is made by bank transfer only. Full amount must be paid one month prior to arrival. A security deposit of Euros 200 is requested and will be returned on day of departure if there is no damage or breakage.
Conditions
Casa Beppe is rented on a weekly basis in the summer months. Other times of the year, it can be rented on a longer term.
