Apartment "Erica" in the heart of Lucca is a fantastic choice if you want to enjoy Tuscan art and history. Step out of the flat and you are immediately within the stunning "Roman Anfiteatro" with its typical restaurants and shops. The Churches and Cathedral are famous worldwide for their architecture and art and the Guinigi Tower and Clock Tower are some of the many sites you cannot fail to admire. The old town is completely surrounded by tall medieval walls which are 4 metres wide on top and are ideal for walking and cycling. Lucca is also a perfect base for visiting Florence, Pisa, Viareggio and Siena.
The apartment is of 70 square metres and has a living-room, kitchen-dining-room, bathroom with shower, master bedroom and second bedroom with bunkbeds and single bed. The terrace is next to the dining-room and is suitable for reading and sunbathing. Apartment "Erica" is on the first floor and is stylishly furnished with terracotta tyles, stone details and wooden beamed ceilings. The kitchen is modern and functional and is perfect for self-catering.

The Tuscany region
Tuscany is breathtaking for its scenery and art. The principal cities are Florence, Siena, Pisa, and Lucca. Lucca is also central if you wish to visit the riviera and seaside resorts of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, famous for their beautiful, white sandy beaches and lively night-life. Further details indoors: The kitchen is modern and functional. It has a gas stove and electric oven. The kitchen is open and is next to dining room which is furnished with table and chairs.
The dining area has a door which opens on to terrace where you can comfortably sit and relax. The view is of the courtyard and surrounding trees and houses. The front of the apartment looks onto the cities most beautiful sites: the Roman Amphitheatre built round the ancient arena.
The living room is painted in pastel shades and has stone detail and beamed roof also present throughout the apartment. There are two comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed from which you can read, watch tv, listen to music or sleep.
The bedrooms are spacious with new matresses and wardrobe. the shower-room has curtained shower, wc and bidet and a sliding door separates these from mirrored washhand basin.
There is hot water and central heating throughout the apartment.This traditional home in the heart of the medieval town was completely renovated 3 years ago.
Further details outdoors: The terrace looks out on the historical buildings of Lucca as can be seen in one of the photographs. It comfortably sits 2 people and sun loungers are provided.
