Casa Graziosa is located in central Lucca and within walking distance of all the important monuments and squares of Lucca. Easy car access for loading and unloading. Upon request, garage located underneath the building for one car. Extra charge for garage use. Large public parking lot not far from the apartment. The apartment is a ground floor. Approximately 60 sqm. Made up of one large sitting room with complete kitchen facilities, table with 4 chairs, and sofa bed for 2. Large modern bathroom with stall shower. Stairs from the sitting room lead to large loft that contains a double bed and one twin bed plus a wardrobe. Furniture is all new The linens and curtains were personally made by the owner. Great care has been taken in furnishing the apartment.

From Lucca you can easily reach Pisa, Florence, Siena, the coast, Cinque Terre, Portofino or just sit and relax in one of the many restaurants and cafes that the city offers. Concerts, theatre, local festivities make up the wonderful environment of this important tuscan city.

Rental cost per week varies from Euros 630 to Euros 730. A final cleaning fee of €40. Heating is not included in the cost and will be charged upon consumption. To book, we require a 30% unrefundable deposit. Balance is to be paid one month prior to arrival date. Bank transfers in Euro currency only. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. There is a final cleaning cost of €40 to be paid on day of departure. Heating is not included and a meter reading will be taken on guests' arrival. Linens are included the first week at no charge. There is a 10 euro per person per week after the first week. The weekly rate is for 7 nights. Any extra night is charged at Euros 80 per night.
