The home has been totally renovated this year. The furnishings are new . Bedspreads and draperies were personally made by the owner. The house is two story. On ground floor enter into large living room space with fireplace, modern kitchen and large dining area with table and chairs. There is a large modern bathroom and laundry located on the this floor. Appliances are all new. The bedrooms are located on top floor. There are two large bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe and dresser. Another bathroom with shower and a small bedroom with single bed. There is A/C all through the house.

The Tuscany region

Lucca is located not far from Pisa and Florence. Only 20 minute drive to beautiful sand beaches such as Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. One hour drive to visit one of the most popular areas of Italy , the Cinque Terre. Florence only one hour drive. Lucca offers great shopping, restaurants, summer concerts and the beautiful 16th C. Walls to walk and pleasantly savor this important midieval city.
How to get there
Lucca is 20 kms. north of Pisa Airport, and 65 kms. west of Florence airport. Both airports have car rental companies. Easy railroad transport to Lucca from both cities. From Lucca, the property is located approx. 10 kms. on the south-east side.

Further details indoors: The large open plan kitchen, dining area and living room make it a very pleasant home. The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, flatware and kitchen linens. In the bedrooms you will admire the beautiful hand-made drapes and bedspreads made by the house owner. Bathrooms are finished in beautiful tiles and bathroom accessories.
Further details outdoors: The garden includes a large dining al fresco area with table and chairs. There is also an original brick/pizza oven available to the guests.

Payment of weekly rental cost is made with a bank transfer which will be provided when booking the unit. We require full payment one month before arrival date and 30% deposit to insure booking. On arrival, a €300 (euro) security deposit will be asked. This amount will be returned to guests on departure after a thorough inspection for breakage or damage. Heating and A/C are not included. They will be calculated on a daily basis of Euros 10 per day. There is a final cleaning fee of €50 (euros).
