This traditional two story farmhouse is located on one of the prettiest hills surrounding Lucca. Surrounded by a wonderful natural garden with all the typical plants of this important Tuscan area. The ground floor of the house includes a large living room with fireplace, dining room for 8, a large cooking area completely equipped. There are 2 bedėrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. One bathroom is en-suite.

Lucca area
The picturesque medieval city of Lucca, one of the most important in Tuscany, is a wonderful area for a holiday. There are many things to see and visit while in the area. The beautiful historic villas, the Garfagnana mountain area, the sea resorts of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, hiking, wine and olive oil tasting and much more.
How to get there
Lucca is very easy to reach by airplane, car or train. Pisa airport only 20 kms, half hour drive. Florence airport 65 kms, 1 hour drive. Train station is located near the l6th C walls. More detailed information on how to reach the property upon booking.

Further details indoors: The house is approx. 100 sqm. It is well divided and offers complete privacy. Furnished in a very comfortable but traditional style. Wonderful views from windows of the open countryside and the church only a few feet away.
Further details outdoors: The house faces south-west. Relax and sunbathe in complete privacy in the beautiful lounge chairs. Enjoy your meals on the patio where a wonderful table with chairs is provided. Lots of room for children to play safely and explore the surrounding area. The last part of the road leading up to the house is steep and unpaved. The car should be left at the bottom of this road (only a few meters from the house) in order not to risk remaining blocked. Note as of June 5; The new outdoor pool was just put into operation. Another great reason for staying at this very unique property. It is an in-ground pool 10 meters by 4 meters.
Further details
Final cleaning fee of €50 (euros). Heating is charged at Euros 10 per day when needed. There is a telephone but no internet service. Arrangements can be made for meal preparation, cooking lessons, guided tours, escursions...
Conditions
To insure booking, we ask a 30% unrefundable deposit of the total. We do not accept credit cards. Payments must be made with a bank transfer. Full payment must be made one month prior to arrival date. No refunds of deposit should cancellation take place 30 days before arrival date. Cashier's checks made payable to the owner are also accepted. Please always put your name and rental period on any bank documents.
