On two floors, the property provides two double bedded rooms, bathroom, NEW kitchen/breakfast room, sitting room (with double sofabed), small garden, washing machine, dishwasher and large screen plasma TV with SKY.
If looking for a relaxing place to stay without venturing too far from home, the surrounding beautiful countryside offers panoramic views of the mountains and a picturesque riverside walk, right on your doorstep.

The house is made of stone, with stone tiled floors and keeps "relatively" cool in the hot summer months. The garden is also comfortably shaded, ideal for children to play safely outdoors. Further afield there are many touristic spots and areas of interest.

Lucca / Nozzano area
Lucca, only 10 minutes from Nozzano, has a wealth of culture, specialised boutiques and historical interest. COMMING UP 31/1st and 2nd SEPTEMBER 2007, Nozzano Castello holds a MEDIEVAL FESTIVAL, where the castle is opened up to visitors and the villagers dress up in traditional costume. The streets are filled with Medieval fayre and antique traditions, entertainment and stalls providing a glimpse of what life was like in the 1300's. Euros are exchanged for antique coins and produce, crafts and delicious gastronomical delights for this century are on sale. A great family night out.

Further details indoors: Nozzano is located not far from the coast of Viareggio and Marina di Vecchiano, the mountains, lake Massaciuccoli, and the Garfagnana. Amongst the beautiful surrounding hills of Lucca are famous antique and historic villas and celebrated DOC wines. Olive groves, fruit trees and vineyards gives the countryside of Lucca a rural tuscan beauty.
Closer to home, Nozzano is perfectly located for a number of open-air sports, it's near the new River Park, a protected area along the banks of the Serchio. It is only a few metres away from the paths which can take you into downtown medieval Lucca either on foot or by bicycle. Lucca has a unique cycling path (bikes for rent available by the hour in Lucca) on it's walls, 4.5 kms, that will enable you to admire it's historical centre.
Further details outdoors: The house is situated by a quiet village road but the entrance is located at the rear of the property through the small garden. The garden, is small, and sunny during the morning and afternoon, but then is shaded keeping the property reasonably cool and comfortable during the hot summer months. Garden furniture and bbq is provided and various play toys for children if required.
