How to get there
Lucca is very easy to reach by airplane, train or car. Pisa airport is located only 20kms from Lucca. Florence airport only 1 hour from Lucca. There is a very convenient train station just outside the historic centre. Both airports have car rental agency offices.

Further details indoors: The home is very comfortably divided on two floors. The ground floor includes the large living room-sitting room with balcony, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry room. The eat-in kitchen is also located on this floor. There is a large patio in front of the house where a table and chairs are located for al-fresco dining and overlooking the pretty garden.
Further details outdoors: The villa is surrounded by its own garden on 3 sides. There are lemon trees, camelias, Tuscan herbs which can be used for cooking. A natural spring runs through the property and the water is collected in a large basin which can be used for washing. From the villa, you can walk to the local cafe and the tennis courts, walk into the village to savor the local life, or walk to the local restaurant/pizzeria just up the road.

A 30% unrefundable deposit is required upon booking, balance to be paid one month prior to arrival. On arrival, a 200 euro security deposit is required. This will be returned on departure after checking for breakage or damage. There is no internet access. Christmas and Easter are considered high season.
