We are located in the beautiful rolling hills just minutes from the medieval walled city of Lucca, a half an hour from Pisa and an hour from Florence and Cinque Terre

BOOKING PROCEDURES
1. Terms and Conditions
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the entire amount of your rental fee is required at the time a reservation is
made. This can be paid with a credit card (MasterCard, Visa), by a bank wire transfer or by sending a personal check via registered mail. We will confirm your reservation via fax or e-mail immediately upon receipt of your deposit. The remaining 70% of the entire amount of your rental fee is due upon check-in and is payable via credit card, personal check, travelers checks or cash.

Check-in: Saturday from 2-6 pm Check-out: Saturday before 10 am

Rental Fee Includes:
Linens & towels, water, electricity, use of the swimming pool and cost of cleaning the apartment
after departure. A clean set of linen at towels will be supplied at the end of each week for guests
staying more than 1 week. Rental Fee Does Not Include: Heat & extra beds. Each property has an
independent heating system with its own meter and guests will be billed according to their actual
consumption.

Extra beds: Eur 20,00 per day.

Damages
In lieu of a security deposit we ask guests to allow us to make an imprint of their credit card upon
check-in to cover the cost of broken items or other damages discovered after their departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

* If a client cancels a reservation up to 50 days before the date of his or her reservation, the
30% deposit is forfeited.

* If a client cancels a reservation between 50 and 30 days before the date of his or her
reservation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire rental fee will be charged.

* If a client cancels a reservation between 30 and 15 days before the date of his or her
reservation, a cancellation fee of 70% of the entire rental fee will be charged.


* If a client cancels a reservation 15 days or less before the date of his or her reservation, a
cancellation fee of 100% of the entire rental fee will be charged.

* If for any reason beyond our control we must cancel a client's reservation, we will refund to
the client the entire amount paid in advance to us which had been applied towards the rental fee

Conditions

Weekly rents go from Saturday to Saturday.
A 30% deposit is required in order to secure the booking.
Weekend bookings are accepted in April, May and September.

The historic city of Lucca is only 20 minutes away by car. It is often easiest to park in one of the parking lots outside the city and then walk in from there. From Colleverde, the lot at Via delle Tagliate Terza is quite convenient. The parking areas inside the walls must be paid in advance with coins and the receipt displayed on your dashboard. Park only in the blue marked spaces. The walls of Lucca are topped by a park with playgrounds and a paved path where you can stroll or ride a rented bicycle.

Most shops are closed from 13:00 to 16:00 each day and all day Sunday. Many are also closed Monday morning. A general market is held in Via dei Bacchettoni in the mornings on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There is also an antiques market is in Piazza San Martino on the third weekend of every month; and a crafts market takes place in Piazza San Giusto on the last weekend of each month

Directions to Fattoria Colleverde from Lucca (10 kms):

There is a ring road that goes around Lucca.
On the north side of the city, at the traffic circle follow SS12 towards Abetone.
After a traffic light, bear right staying on SS12.
Drive for maybe 4-6 minutes, passing another traffic circle.
When you pass several gas stations on your right and there is a large field on your left, keep your eyes out for a turn off to the right with a blue sign that says "Matraia" (if you get to a very big traffic circle you have gone too far).
Follow the road for Matraia. You will pass the Villa Reale and the road turns sharply several times and is quite narrow, but just proceed with caution.
Then the road will head up into the hills and it is just maybe 3-4 minutes before there is a small sign for Fattoria Colleverde on your right. Take the drive into the farm slowly as there are some bumps (and also to enjoy the view).
