The farm consists of two houses, the main and an annexe, both are surrounded by a garden with barbecue and play area for children and an old stone fountain.

The rooftop pool and sun deck area with garden furniture complete the scenario for a perfect holiday in Tuscany.

Versilia is an area of 20 km sandy beaches located in the north of the region. The seaside with the colourful bathing areas is rich in bars and meeting places.

Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi, Massarosa, Pietrasanta, Seravezza, Stazzema and Viareggio are the towns on the coast
Tuscan cooking is simple, prepared with fresh local ingredients and dining out is a wonderful experience.

The Lucca area

The train station of Lucca regularly serves Florence, Pisa, and the seaside direct and there is also access to Siena and Montecatini etc with one change.

Just a 50 min drive from Florence, half hour from Montecatini, half hour from Pisa, 20 minutes from the beach, 90 minutes from Siena, 40 mins from the mountainous Garfagnana and the mediaeval town of Barga this is an ideal location to those that wish to explore with ease.
